Forget your worries in this spacious newly finished basement in a peaceful neighborhood. Views of a lush lawn and garden. You can pick some seasonal berries.
Two bedroom's with new King beds and lots of closet saver space. Small futon and pull out twin mattress also. The open concept living area includes a pool table, 65 in TV, full kitchen, dining area. and laundry room. Centrally located to everything Soldotna has to offer. The space
Our basement has been a work in progress for over 15 years. It included lowering the yard 6 feet to install windows and a door. It features reclaimed wood from an old building in town made into shiplap. We also have a rustic sauna in the backyard shed that will accommodate four people. The backyard fence includes some more of the reclaimed wood. We are currently working to redo our garden pathways. Our greenhouse has a few lounge chairs to relax in when you want to warm up or escape the rain.
Guest access
You will have your own parking area on the right side of our home. There is a gate to the back yard with stairs going down to the lawn. You'll find your entrance to the basement from the lawn. Feel free to enjoy the back and front yard and garden area. We have lawn games available upon request. Boce Ball, Ladder Ball, Badminton and Volleyball. We have a gas BBQ and a homemade sauna with plenty of wood for the wood burning stove that heats it. that is available to use. All of the outdoor amenities are shared spaces.
Other things to note
Thankfully, our area tends to have less mosquitoes because we aren't near swampy areas. We have an occasional moose or two in our front yard in the Spring. If you are here in the winter, it's fun to track the Northern Lights activity for a beautiful show.
