역대 최악의 숙소

1. 자물쇠가 고장나서 갖혔는데 미안하다 안하세요. 2. 솥과 컵에 음식물이 말라 있어요. 3. 7/1일까지 수영장 없었어요. 4. 다음주 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 해준다고 거짓말 해요. 우리 포함 3가족 뿐이데 다른 방이 없다네요. 5. 옥탑방이라 여름에 후끈해요. 6. 에어콘 전기선이 콘센트에 닿지 않아요. 7. 후라이팬도 없고, 냄비는 라면 1개 끓일 수 있는 크기에요. 8. 수백번의 가족여행 중 최악의 숙소인데, 가격은 비싸요.

가족들과의 행복한 시간

가족들과 아늑한 시간 보내는데 더할나위 없이 좋은 숙소였습니다. 마당에 잔디에서 신나게 배드민턴도 치고 배꼽빠지게 탱탱볼 축구도 하고 즐거운 시간이였어요. 쥔장분들도 너무 좋으시구 힐링 제대로 하고 왔네요.

가성비 최악

욕실이 너무 후지고 오래된 설비에다가 춥고 따뜻한물도 잘안나와서 애들도 못씻겼네요. 패밀리룸에 싱글침대도 있다고해서 왔더니 거실에 그냥 싸구려 철제 쇼파네요 매트리스도 없는걸 침대라고하다니..사기수준이구요. 왠 산골짜기 외진곳 비포장도로 안쪽에있어 접근성 안좋구요. 예약후 통화로 독채맞냐고물어봤더니 그렇다고했는데 아니었어요. 사진상엔 꼭 독채처럼 달랑 한장올려놨길래 그런줄 알았거든요. 손님을 봉으로 아는 서비스도 안좋은 최악의 숙박업소입니다. 사장님? 이글보시면 생각좀해보세요. 우체국이 멀다구요? 세시간걸려 그펜션 가는 손님들은 그저 봉으로 보이나봐요? 다시는 그쪽은 가지도 않을랍니다. 비싼돈 받고 장사하시려거든 그에걸맞는 서비도정신도 갖추셔야죠.

파란 잔듸 정원, 이국적 느낌의 독채

네비를 보고 찾아가는 수고만 한다면 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 친절하시고 텃밭에 고추와 필요했던 마늘 주셔서 고마웠습니다. 독채 복층에 묶었는데 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 앞에 푸른 잔듸밭,별도의 바베큐장,이국적 느낌의 독채는 야간에 찍었더니 외국 분위기를 느꼈어요. 매점이 없어서 미리 필요한 먹거리 등을 준비해야합니다. 다음에 속초 여행을 가게 된다면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳입니다. 호스트께서 약속하셨거든요~ 써비스 많이 주신다고...ㅎㅎ

주인불친절해요. 다시가고싶지않음. 여행의기분을이곳때문에 망침

-사진에서 보다 실제로 룸이 더 좁음. 잔디밭에서도 뛰어놀 아이들을 상상 했으나 아이앞에서 소독약 뿌려대는 바람에 당황했음. 이렇다할 말한마디 하지 않고 그냥 뿌리시는 주인의 무관심과 불친절 -서비스 역시엉망. -세면대, 욕조, 심지어 변기조차 물빠짐이 나쁨. 변기물조차 잘 안내려가니 힘들었음. 애들 씻기면서 물빠짐이 나빠 물내려가기 기다리고. 다시 씻기고 반복.. -숙소까지 가는 길이 좁은 시골길(잘못하다간 낭떠러지로 빠질 가능성 큼)이라 큰 주의가 필요함. 특히 밤에는 더욱 조심해야함 -다시 가고 싶지 않음

Very nice owners, good location, a bit run down

We booked ourselves into the deluxe room with jetted bath tub and I have to say that whilst the area is lovely, and owners were very friendly, the property itself fell a bit short of expectations. It wasn't anything major, anything that would make it a disaster - but just a number of tiny things that altogether gave an impression that it's not as well maintained as it could. The door lock did not work - it was impossible to secure our possessions when going out. Door "stopper" (to keep them open) could not be attached up and kept falling down making closing the doors difficult. The bath tub was throwing out some ugly dirt when the jets were on. Something was leaking in the bathroom. Given the remoteness of the place we also felt there wasn't enough parking available - we were in a quiet season so everybody eventually fit, but I can't imagine where the cars can be parked if all villas are busy. Also, something outside of control of the owners: the place is near a military facility and during our stay the peacefulness of the place was interrupted by sounds of guns training! Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place, it's very convenient for the hiking excursions, and certainly has more character than the hotels nearer the park entrance (and more spacious). It's just our expectations were really high after reading reviews, and it didn't quite meet them. Still - a decent place if you're willing to forgive a few glitches.

불편한위치

위치도 어중간했고, 사진과 내부느낌이 달랐으며, 샤워기 물은 너무 약하게 나와서 샤워하기도 불편했습니다. 어찌나 추운지 다운점퍼를 껴입고 잠들어야했으며, 이불과 수건에서는 매쾌한 냄새가 나서 아이를 데리고 가족여행갔다가 감기만 걸려 돌아왔습니다.

12월 31일 해돋이 볼겸 숙박 하였습니다. 급하게 잡은 거라 바다 쪽은 아니지만 차타고 10분정도면 물치해수욕장에 갈 수 있고 , 한적하고 좋았습니다. 독채사용이라 저희가족 밤새 떠들고 놀았는데도 전혀 불편함 없었구요~ 보일러도 따듯하게 잘되고 따뜻한물이 처음에 안나왔으나 주인께 말씀드리니 바로 고쳐주셔서 잘 사용했습니다~ 휴대폰을 깜빡하고 두고왔는데 택배로 보내주셔서 잘 받았습니다. 감사합니다 ㅠㅠ

good value of money

it was a great stay at Seorak Garden Villa and good value of money. The Villa was quiet,comfortable, hot showers and conveniently placed The room was big and comfortably house up to 4-5 pax with 2 separate double bed and sofa bed. The host was also easy to contact and communicate with during our stay. he replied really quickly to our queries, picked us up from the bus station and gave us useful tips about the area. All in all we had a great time staying at Seorak Garden Villa. It is highly recommended for a getaway time, or a good rest before hiking to Seorak Mountain the next day.

Great experience! Wonderful mountain setting

The location is great, quiet, secluded and only a 10-15 minute drive to the national park. There are beautiful views of the Seorak mountain and our villa was very spacious. The room is nice, well heated and well equipped with anything you will need too. you can even open the sliding door of the balcony to the backyard. nice feeling. The Room has 2 floor heating controller hence we could control the temperature of our room accordingly. He was a kind and gracious host We have lovely memories from this place, and recommend it to anyone considering it!

Beautiful Garden and Nice Place

beautiful location in the foothills of the mountain. really felt like we got away from the city. It was quite a way off the beaten track but that was half the charm! Made to feel so welcome by host and had a lovely time there. The weather little chilly, but the under floor heating kept us really warm and Very well equipped. owner was very helpful and pick us up at the bus terminal. he well English and is a very servicedminded.

Booker Beware. Not exaggerating.

There were so many issues. Main issues: -Our heat went out in the middle of the night. My parents were freezing and woke up at 3 AM because they could not sleep. -Because the heat went out, there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. -When we let the owner/managers know, they just said oh that happens sometimes. Try turning it on now. -It worked for twenty minutes and then broke again. If you have poor facilities, don't charge more than a hotel for them. We paid good money for a shoddy experience and the absolute worst part was how rudely we were treated by the manager/owners. They never said sorry even once. Additional issues: -Local taxi drivers do not know of the place as Seorak Garden Villa. It has a different Korean name. May take you a while to get there. -When we called them to help us find our way, they did not help and actually said, it isn't check-in time yet, why are they coming? (WE WERE GOING TO DROP OFF OUR BAGS ONLY) If this place was cheap, I would not complain. But we paid good money for a half-done "villa" hosted by dishonest and rude manager/owners.

넓은 시설에 경치가 아름답습니다

여름휴가차 비치와 설악산 접근성이 10분거리에 있어 선택한 숙소인데 가족들과 휴양하기 좋은 곳입니다. 독채라 방해받지않고 집한재을 빌려쓸수 있어 편안히 쉬었다 올수있었네요. 객실이 커서 인원이 많은 가족이 이용하면 좋을거 같네요. 산 전망도 좋고 넓은곳에 지어져있어 복잡하지 않아 관광과 힐링을 적절히 할수있어 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 이용하겠습니다.
