« Fantastic hotel in primo location. »

« We got in very early like at 8.00am but we did not get our room as the check in policy is 3.00pm. We were told we would be called as soon as a room would be ready for us. We did not get any call. We got back at the reception at 3.30 pm and our room was not ready. The hotel told us we had to wait for another 10 min. We complained and got an immediate upgrade in a very nice room. A nice way to resolve a somewhat irritating issue. »

« Petit hôtel cosy dans Soho, chambre très petite mais c'est écrit sur le site donc pas de surprise. Très propre, mais très sincèrement pour 1 seule personne, pas pour un couple. Personnel très accueillant. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel, sans aucun doute pour un court séjour »

« Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London.
