Rien à dire . Les chambres sont spacieuses 40 mètre carré on se sent à la maison . L’hôtel est très bien agencé. Le personnel très serviable. A quelque minutes à pied de la rue piétonne vitosha boulevard. Je recommande cet hôtel et je retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour a Sofia

Starting with positive thing: Very good hotel, rooms and housekeeping. But. Very poor job done by Expedia presenting hotel in the app. It is not clear that all parking, spa water in the gym etc. will be for additional charge (not cheap). I don’t think it is even allowed the way you selling it, but it’s IMHO and on your conscience. Moreover, hotel staff makes it obvious to you, that you have to pay extra, because you booked with Expedia. Direct booking with hotel makes you “Superior Guest”, I guess. No irons available in the room!!!! You need to go other floor. Please be aware, the hotel has a casino and night club on sight, with all related stuff. Totally not satisfied with the stay and Expedia service. Damaged my experience from Bulgaria trip, because of this.

This is our favorite hotel in Sofia. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and provide the best views of the city and the mountains. And the breakfast buffet is quite good too.

I give 3 stars only for the location the size of the room but it's nothing special it's not a real 5 star hotel the room it's dusty and the carpet it's hairy and in one of the top shelves I find a very old dry biscuit the staff on the reception they don't explain anything.in the room we have only one bottle of water one face towel and one body towel but we are 2 people
