POWDERIDGE #2 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH FLAT - BEDDING: MASTER BEDROOM KING BED, BEDROOM #2 PYRAMID BUNK BED, AND TWIN SINGLE AND A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. Great location, just a short bunny-hop and you are right on the slopes! Sit on the deck and watch the skiers or cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace. Just a short distance and you are on the slopes. With only a short shuttle ride to the Village, you are able to enjoy all that the mountain resort has to offer. AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Gas Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Parking at your door, and a Free Resort Shuttle Service that will take you to the Village or Silver Creek.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.

Great spot. Unfortunately the powder ridge lift wasnt running while we were there. This made it ski out but not ski in. So just be careful late in the season on the lift schedules. Property was great though.

We love staying in this condo, just steps from the Powderidge lift and an easy walk down to Tuques. It's always clean and has everything we need, but if you're planning on doing real cooking I recommend bringing a knife and cutting board from home.

Great location and space with everything you need for ski in / ski out. But when the door lock is broken with no cell service, not an easy check in. They also randomly charged me post check out with no explanation. For what they charge, they could offer better quality sheets, linens and toiletries / household items. I’ll be filing a complaint if they don’t remove or explain the latent charge.

My family and I stayed at powder Ridge for the weekend. The location was perfect. Close proximity to powder Ridge lift. Condo could use some updating
 But, it was still very comfortable for my family. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a few issues. It was lovely having a gas fireplace and not having to deal with a wood fireplace. We would definitely stay in this location again.

Super location steps from Powderidge lift. We love staying here and will return. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, but currently (mid-Jan '25) the master bed has a very bumpy mattress surface that was uncomfortable to sleep on, so until a mattress pad is provided by Casago you may want to bring one from home!

The property was exactly as advertised. We got lucky with a foot of new snow and could ski right out of the condo. Getting to and from the slopes using the Powderidge lift was a breeze.

Super condo next to Powder Ridge lift, cute and spotlessly clean. We three adults and a dog had a great time and would not hesitate to book this place again. The only thing we found lacking was a good knife for chopping, so be sure to bring your own if you'll be cooking.

Pros & Cons CONS: 1. Listing shows photo of a walkway/bridge to the door. This is inaccurate and must be removed. You must go down a long flight of steps to enter the unit below. Impossible for mobility challenged individuals to stay here. 2. Door lock keypad is miserably difficult. The tactile buttons don't press easily and when they do, the lock is very finicky whether it will engage/disengage. You have to pull the door to you and hold the tension just right for the deadbolt to fall into the doorframe hole. Takes a lot of time, many attempts going/coming. Hands froze (can't do it with gloves on) each time. 3. No cell phone service at location, but set your mobile to wifi calling setting or use the landline in the unit to make / receive calls. 4. Mattresses in second bedroom are uncomfortable for adults. 5. A few of the slats in the blinds near floors broken or missing, presumably from dogs 🐕 breaking them. 6. No hand towel provided for each guest. Just a bath towel and wash cloth. There is one hand towel per bathroom. 7. TVs are all apps not cable. If leaving seniors in the condo for the day, they would have a difficult time figuring out the TV. PROS: 1. Perfectly clean. Absolutely no sign of dog hair. No dog smell. 2. Second closest unit to Powderridge lift. Catch a glimpse of it if standing at window. Walk up unit stairs and a few steps to lift. 3. Shuttle stops directly in front of complex. 4. Unit as pictured. 5. Pleased to have starter supplies.

Myself and two adult sons stayed at Powderidge 2 for a weekend of mountain biking. The location was perfect, the DH park can be reached right out the back door via a dirt road, and is straight across from the Fingers one of the xc trails I have ever ridden. Everything was clean and ready and the check in process was the easiest I have ever used. No need to communicate with the host while they’re everything was in order as advertised. I will definitely be staying at Powderidge number two again.

Great location for skiing green slopes with a young family. This listing is very well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware for a family to cook meals at this property. Furnishings were very nice. The place had several board games for the kids to enjoy. The deck allowed us to see when the kids got off the lift at the end of the day.

Perfectly located for rope drop mornings! Kitchen is clean and well stocked. Bathrooms have been redone more recently than many others in the area. Only complaint was a lack of network TV to watch the wildcard playoff games. Settled for movies/British bake-off on Roku. Since our primary focus was the slope side convenience. This place was 5 stars.

Such a nice place for five adults! Beautiful sunrises. Clean dwelling. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Good size telly. Entrance lobby for skis and boots kept the place neat and tidy. Quiet neighbors or maybe the walls are thick. Big dining room table for meals or scrabble or whatever games you choose. Easy parking right outside the unit. Called once for help with ice on the top step and it was taken care of within an hour. I would recommend with 5 stars. We were happy and it was a ski vacation to remember forever!

The property was nice. It was as it looks. It had all necessary supplies. The location was good. The door lock did not work though. I did call and spoke with Donna. They were to send someone to fix it but never did. The only other thing was it would be nice for the tree at the top of the stairs.be trimmed. We had to duck under the low limps to get down the stairs. Overall good though.

Had a great short stay. Clean property and dog friendly, which is a bonus! Not giving 5 stars because we had a problem accessing the unit upon arrival. Because there is no data or cell service, it was a bit of a bother to get in touch with the property management company. However, once we did, they were super helpful and responsive.
