Location is the best, a true ski in/out. Very short walk ( 5min) to Village Express lift and Elk Camp gondola. Reasonable walk distance to bus stop - we took bus to Buttermilk and Highland and it was acceptable effort.Host is nice and send multiple reminders before the trip. Clear check-in instructions. Quick response to our questions. Check-out chores are simple to do.We loved it here and will consider to stay here again if we come back to snowmass.

My father owned a studio in the Lichenhearth properties from the 70's and the 80's and I would say that this particular property fulfilled that nostalgia too perfectly. Appliances, bathroom, furniture, etc. all felt 30-40 years old. While the property is still located in a great spot, it could have done with a bit of a refresh for the amount of money being demanded.

Outstanding property to rent if you want to ski in Snowmass. This is the second time that I stayed there for the 24/25 ski season.Good condo layout. Very clean. Washer/dryer were great to enable packing light.Great location
a short walk to the Base Village. The Snowmass Village Shuttle stop is right outside and the Shuttle App gives real-time updates on shuttle arrival times.

I had a wonderful early season ski trip. Everything at this condo great! It’s very close to the Base Village and a short shuttle or mini-gondola ride to Snowmass Mall. Absolutely, no issues with the accommodations, in fact, I staying there again in February.
