Enjoy the best of both worlds, condo living with hotel amenities when staying at the Terracehouse Condos! Whether your visit is in the summer or winter in this wonderful home you will really appreciate the incredible convenience of all the property's amenities! The location at the end of the Terracehouse complex on Campground Lane means it is just a quick walk to the trails on Snowmass Mountain. The Terracehouse is also located between the Village Mall and the Base Village providing convenient access to all the shops and restaurants Snowmass has to offer. Guests at the Terracehouse enjoy access to the large outdoor pool and hot tub at the Stonebridge Inn, located right next door. Here you will also find an indoor fitness room with steam and sauna in the locker rooms. Heather's Restaurant, a local's favorite, is located inside the Stonebridge Inn. Head over after a long day exploring Aspen Snowmass for a cold beverage, some tapas or dinner in the bar area or full service restaurant.

Store your skis right outside your front door for easy access and in a few quick minutes you will be clicking in and skiing down to the Fanny Hill chairlift or Elk Camp gondola for access to all the amazing ski terrain found on Snowmass Mountain. In the summer you can hike or bike down that same ski trail! Ride the Elk Camp Gondola in the summer and enjoy hiking, biking or the Lost Forrest where you can take advantage of the Alpine Coaster, ziplining, ropes course, fishing and more.

The open concept living area and large dining table with big picture window invite you to sit down, relax and soak in the view! You will enjoy settling in by the fireplace while sharing the days adventures or preparing a hearty dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. Just a few steps away you can enjoy an outdoor grill, spacious hot tub and the free laundry facilities offered at the Terracehouse complex. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bath with a tub and shower combo, separate vanity area with double sink. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be bridged into one king bed (with notice at time of booking) providing the bedding option that suits your travel companions needs best!

Aspen Snowmass area is an ideal year-round vacation destination. We are long time residents of this area and it would be a pleasure to help you with your vacation plans!

Condo is in great location near Snowmass mall and Skittles gondolas, but in quieter location. Can walk down easily to base in summer. Check in instructions and guidebook were emailed and texted to us before the visit and had tons of great local information. Parking was close and free in summer.

The Aspen/Snowmass area is so extraordinary that I might have been happy under a rock. That said, the apartment was very clean and well set up, including a well-appointed kitchen. I was also happy to have use of the workout facilities in the next-door property. The staff was super responsive and easy to reach with the few questions I had. The place is a couple hundred yards from the RFTA bus, which is free and provides access to the Roaring Fork Valley and Aspen as well as Aspen Highlands. Overall, a great place.
