great location to beach

great location but had some ants in the kitchen so had to spray them it was fine. the air upstairs bedrooms wasn’t working they sent someone but they didn’t fix it. also tv’s in some of the bedrooms didn’t work. the property manager was very nice and responsive everytime i did need something.

Great location. We ended up taking wedding pictures for my son’s wedding on the beach near the house. Beautiful . Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful weekend

Everything was great. The owner was extremely responsive even to the minor issues we had. Although the property is not technically beachfront, there were only two small cottages in front of it and sine the living area was on the third floor, it was easy to see over those cottages. The public access to the beach was right next to the house so that was also super simple. We would definitely stay here again!!

Well Equipped!

Property was very well stocked with lots of amenities
 Large refrigerator, icemaker, beverage cooler, and well equipped kitchen. Our party of 9 was very comfortable thankfully b/c we had a lot of indoor time due to Hurricane Debby. Only criticism is the linen service - 2 sets of skimpy towels per bedroom and having to make up the beds upon arrival.

Perfect Location, Easy Walk to the Beach!

We loved this house and will likely rent it again. The walk and access to the beach were perfect for us (the emergency vehicle ramp is directly across the street). There were no stairs or dunes to cross, which was very helpful for my 81-year-old mother. Beautiful ocean views from the house and a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking and a nice tiki bar downstairs. The only negative was one of the four AC units did go out, but window units were provided, and we stayed comfortable. The property managers were extremely responsive all week, handled our needs, and responded quickly! Linens were included with this stay, and the mattresses were very comfy! We had a great week!

Great house for large family gathering

This is a great house by the beach. We had a large group with a mix of elderly and young (80-10yo). The layout was great with the living space being the whole 3rd floor. The walk to the beach was very easy and while I usually stay in a house with direct beach access, this was almost as easy to access since there was a large opening in the dune to walk through right at the end of the street. Lots of parking which is alway a plus. I have stay on Topsail every other year for probably 30 years and have rented numerous houses. I like the layout, elevator, large parking and beach access. Owner was responsive via text. There were issues, but every house will have something that comes up. We were able to work through these without much difficulty. I would say that putting 20 people in the house will require some creative sleeping. It wasn't exactly clear from the pictures, but there is a twin bunk with trundle in one room and twin bunk and full bunk with trundle in the other room. There were also some nice touches that are great for a large group (drink fridge and large separate ice-maker). I'd like a few more large pots and pans as we cook most of our dinners, but we managed with the ones supplied.

Lovely home

The property is all the owners claimed it to be. Fun beach, easy access, comfortable home. We all enjoyed it. After a few glitches which were quickly remedied, we all relaxed and we have wonderful memories of our stay.

Perfect family beach spot

The house was spacious and nicely set up. It is about a one min walk to the beach which was usually very quiet. The two king beds up top gave the adults some space from the kids (or maybe that should be the other way around). The kitchen was nicely stocked and the views from the house were great. We loved our time there and had a great vacation.

The living space is lovely and access to the beach is wonderful. The downstairs air conditioning and elevator didn’t work for the entire time we were there. Brook and Chris were very nice and offered us a partial refund, but if the elevator is vital for a member of your party, I would verify that it is operational before your stay.

Nice House

First 3 days were backhoe and a line of dump trucks 5:30 a.m - 5p.m one day longer because they pulled a powerline. Our view was blocked by the backhoe and equipment. I feel we paid to much money to not fully enjoy our view. We have stayed on Topsail for the pass 6years....this was different.
