Endroit idĂ©al pour la famille ou les couples dans un bain deux chambres avec une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an depuis chaque chambre. Un escalier mĂšne directement Ă  la plage depuis le complexe. Le condo est bien Ă©quipĂ© pour que nos quĂȘtes sentent le confort de la maison. Le condo est livrĂ© avec la tĂ©lĂ©vision dans toutes les chambres. Nous fournissons des draps et des draps de bain. Si vous avez besoin de draps supplĂ©mentaires, nous fournissons un ensemble avec des frais. Il y a un beau restaurant dans le bĂątiment voisin avec une vue Ă  360 degrĂ©s sur l'ocĂ©an. Venez profiter de cette escapade de plage abordable et paisible. Veuillez noter que la piscine intĂ©rieure est fermĂ©e pour construction.

There was handicap parking at our building but not enough as it was always full. The elevator closest to parking was being repaired so we had to walk up to lobby to get the elevator. Also, sign on ramp which we had to use since one of our group could not use stairs reads “slippery when wet”. And it did rain while we were there which made using the ramp pretty scary. Otherwise everything was fine. Nice unit. Had everything we needed.

I am 70 yrs old and not in good health. I was a little disappointed the property did not have many handicapped features and it was a little difficult. I should have inquired before I booked but the condo was so beautiful. I had a wonderful time.

We had a great time at the property. It was very clean (and we are tough critics). The condo has all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable. The property manager was excellent with communication. Great location with the beach and pool very close.

This unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable with nice beds. Getting to the beach is easy and the ocean view is great! Just as described. Very quiet even on a major holiday weekend.

We had an excellent visit! Property is well represented in the description and was clean/tidy. The kitchen had what we needed and we appreciated having separate beds for our children. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. My kids loved the family game room/arcade in Building 3 and getting ice cream (lowest level of Building 2). We love this section of N Topsail Beach - very relaxed and the beaches are incredibly clean. Overall, an excellent family vacation for us!

We loved our stay here! It was clean, nicely appointed, and had the ocean view we were looking for. We were there over 4th of July and the pool with live entertainment, give aways, and games was great for our grandkids. They loved the ice cream shop too! We hope to book here again!

The property was as advertised. The property contact- Toni , as great to work with. We enjoyed the quieter end of the beach. The only issue we experienced, which wasn't related to the condo, was when we went to the onsite restaurant. The food was good, but they were completely understaffed. To the point that they had no business seating as many tables as they did, it was a 2 1/2 hour disaster.

We very much enjoyed this pleasant rental last week. It is updated and super clean (and very cute), with everything we could need in the unit taken care of including extra blankets, great stocked kitchen, games and balcony chairs. And the view of the ocean from the balcony was just perfect, we could see the dolphins swim by during the day and keep track of family coming/going to the beach and the pool easily. The snack shack at the pool was a hidden gem with great food all day long, and the ice cream parlor in the evenings was a big hit. The beach is lovely (not much sand at high tide but still walkable - low tide had lots of shoreline) and the shark's teeth and crab searching was lots of fun for us all. Best of all - if you travel to coastal areas you'll understand - there was NO hint of sulphur in the water. It was so lovely. We highly recommend this unit, and Toni/Lucy were so quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks, and we'll be back!

This experience was magnificent! With a preteen, 2 year old, and 5 month old the location of the condo allowed us to come and go to the beach with ease. Everything was clean and well kept! Communication was speedy. Perfect place for a relaxing stay.

We had great view and sounds of the ocean. The building and property itself was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that they included quality sheets and pillows. The washer and dryer in the unit was awesome!! Everything that you could think of wanting was there. Even had small fans for each room. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making our vacation an enjoyable one.

Minor issues with the condo were reported to the manager but had no impact on our stay. We love Topsail and enjoyed this efficient unit during our stay. The grandkids had a blast and the adults were happy, but tired. Toni does a good job.

Great place with plenty of space. Easy beach access. Excellent view from balcony. We loved spending the day on the sand, then the pool (with an inexpensive pool bar!) and stopping at the ice cream shop on the way back to the condo. The restaurant in building 2 had excellent food and great views as well.

This was the perfect set up for our mini vacation! Enough space for my husband and I and our 2 daughters (2 & 4). My husband's parents also joined us and it was a good set up. The condo was clean and kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to cook. The view of the ocean was spectacular and right outside our balcony. The walk to the beach and outdoor pool was short and we even took advantage of the little shop that sold ice cream. The condo was in a great location on North Topsail. Many great restaurants were close and Surf City was a short distance (15-20 min) away. The bathrooms were a little outdated and the queen bed was a little uncomfortable, but the good definitely out-weighed the bad in this little gem on North Topsail Beach. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay again. It is a little dated, but clean and the people there were friendly. The beach was great and not over crowded. We will definitely be back!
