This level also features another inviting queen bedroom facing the entrance balcony with its own private bath, along with a shared hallway bathroom and a convenient laundry room—perfect for a hassle-free stay.

Level 2 boasts an open-concept living room bathed in natural light, complete with a soundside balcony ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset cocktails. The dining area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen that features abundant windows, creating a warm and inviting space for family gatherings. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A cooler, beach chairs, and accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Please be advised that no pets are permitted on the property.
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

The owners of the house are responding to any questions very quickly: great communication. The house is on three levels with middle level where everybody meet together and eat. The other two levels are for sleeping, which gives a lot of privacy. The views on both sides from each level are beautiful. The house is super close to the beach. Very convenient for families with small children.

Easy walk to beach. They had beach gear to use. Very very clean house and very pretty with all the right things. Good communication. Every bed including the trundles were taken and we used some air mattresses due to our large party. Could have used more bath towels to accommodate a large amount of people but otherwise I highly recommend!

My family stayed at this beautiful house for our vacation. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk from the house and there was a lovely Farmer's fruit and veggie stand that was just down the road. Wonderful memories were made and we will most certainly stay again.

My best friend and I brought our families to Topsail. This house was amazing. The beach is such a quick walk. Any issues that arised the property manager had a quick response, was kind, and so helpful. It was a great experience.

Our family enjoyed our short stay at this home! We appreciated the abundance of chargers for all of our devices- nice touch! The house was comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed for a 3 night stay. Beds were comfy and air conditioning worked extremely well. It was a short walk to the beach. Thank you for supplying beach chairs and umbrellas! We were very happy at this home and hope to stay in the future! LOVE that this property can be rented for stays of shorter or longer than one week!

This house had everything we needed for a beach weekend with family, including our young kids. There were toys, including a toy kitchen and dollhouse, as well as a small table and chairs and plastic plates for the kids to use during meals. It’s like they thought of everything! The outdoor shower is great as well. And we enjoyed watching the sunset each night from the back deck. Really, this house had everything we were looking for. They even supplied the coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was for a family wedding, we had beautiful views from both sides of the home…ocean and sound. Floors were fully carpeted. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were fairly comfortable, everything was clean. Living room had nice furniture but only seated 5 people, not good for family games or watching movies together. Stairs were difficult for arrival day and check out day, especially for older adults, but we managed okay. Water pressure was good. If you use the outside shower watch out for raccoons, they like to get into the trash cans and I’m not sure who was more startled, him or me! The Owner was very prompt in responding to questions. The only problem we had was when we received a message the week before we were to check in that the home could now only sleep 9 people, but when we rented it several months ago it was advertised that it slept 11 due to a furniture change that was made last summer. We were offered a blow up mattress and sheets which we accepted, otherwise they said there was nothing they could do to accommodate us. The A/C was really good except for the top floor and it manageable with using fans. Linens were nice but you may want to bring extra bath towels and wash clothes. We ran a little short. Overall it was a good experience. The wifi worked great and we appreciated all the charging stations in the bedrooms.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The owner was so helpful and responsive. The condo itself was beautiful, with amazing views on both sides. The back deck had the most gorgeous sunsets. We had five kids under the age of 10 in our party and the walk to the beach was easy and took no time, literally across the street and around the corner. The kitchen was also perfectly stocked for our family (lots of kids dishes and cups). 100% will return on our next trip to Topsail! Couldn’t recommend this condo more!

Beautiful townhome with beautiful views, comfy furniture and bedding, toys for our 2 yr old grandson all just a 3 minute walk to public access beach....since there was no public parking it was not crowded at all making it exceptionally quiet for much needed Vitamin Sea and wave therapy. The townhome's outside shower had good water force and hot water. A helpful foot cleaning station helped keep the inside sand-free. Informative communication with Owner Stacey was GREAT! She was VERY helpful - had 4 beach chairs for our use and allowed an earlier check-in which was much appreciated. The kitchen had the basic needs for a chill and laid back respite. Instacart delivery was available from Publix so quality food choices were available. The front and rear decks had comfy seating to watch spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. A grill would be a great addition for the future. And ceiling fans in the 2 downstairs bedrooms for cooling efficiency. The only thing that was a bit of a problem for our stay was the 3rd floor bathroom had very low water pressure but that appears to be a problem for all on the island so likely not repairable. We happily adapted to outside hot showers and the two bathrooms downstairs had very good water force for showering. We visited the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rehab Hospital - a short 5 mile drive away- the largest indoor Rescue-Rehab-Release facility in the world. The informative tours were led by dedicated volunteers. Worthwhile!

My family and I had the best time during our stay at Searenity Now! There were 8 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was really clean, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, there were board games and toys for the kids to play with and it's just a short walk to the public beach access! The owner is very quick to respond on any inquiries. I would highly recommend renting this house for your vacation!

We had a great stay at this North Topsail gem. It was perfect for our extended family with three young children. Plenty of pleasant outdoor spaces with beautiful views. And like a two-minute walk to the beach. Stacey was very communicative and helpful as well.

But for serious water pressure issues, we would have been pleased with our spacious accommodations at Sea-renity at North Topsail Beach. However, our stay was marred by lack of water coming from the tap and shower in the master bedroom upstairs and sometimes down. There was none on 2 or 3 days. That meant, the two women on the top level had to come downstairs to shower and wash up in the other bathrooms or use the outdoor shower. This was disruptive for our party of four. We reported the problem to the owner, who, though she responded quickly, could do nothing to ease the situation. I suspect that lots of new construction on the island has overwhelmed the infrastructure. Still, a known problem should have been revealed to us. The owner was helpful in providing beach chairs and an umbrella before our arrival after we asked about their availability. Our bedrooms were clean and spacious, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils though we wish there had been a blender that we could have used for morning smoothies and evening cocktails. Be warned if you are in the Baby Boomer generation or have mobility concerns, the stairs are a bear. Because of that and, of course, the low/no water pressure, we will choose another rental next time we attend the Ocean City Jazz Festival. The proximity to the OCJF and to the ocean itself was a real plus. The decks are inviting.

Overall our stay was great and relaxing. Location from the beach was awesome. The king bed was very comfortable. If there were some basic beach items available, like chairs and an umbrella that would be great. A grill would be nice also. We had an issue with our unit not be cleaned from previous renters but the owner did a great job contacting the turn around crew and getting the issue resolved.

Wonderful and clean house. The property manager Stacey accommodated our early check in. The house is well furnished. The foot wash station was very handy. Cons: Water pressure wasn’t that great in the house. But I understand that isn’t something that they can fully control. We’ll be back next year as long as nobody reserves before us!
