This charming condo boasts a prime location, fantastic shared amenities, and all of the comforts and conveniences of home. When you're not out surfing, sailing, sunbathing, and exploring the many sights, scenes, and eateries in the area, return to your retreat to relax and unwind.

Beach art and decor ornate the living space, providing a tranquil and peaceful interior. The living room area has comfortable furnishings and a TV, and views of the water that can be seen through the balcony's sliding doors. When hunger strikes, the full kitchen has everything needed to whip up delicious dishes, plus bar seating. The dining area is cozy and inviting, a perfect place for more togetherness. A private washer/dryer will keep your beach clothes refreshed throughout your stay. Plus, this community offers an on-site pool and grilling area for even more enjoyment.

The property was advertised as oceanfront. We felt that description was a bit misleading. We had a view of the ocean but we weren't oceanfront as we are accustomed to being at our usual rental. Also, only 1 key was provided to the unit. I was anxious the entire week that we would lock ourselves out of the unit. We didn’t, thank God. An additional key would have given me more peace of mind.

This condo was the perfect home away from home. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Carpets were super soft and well kept. The view from the balcony was gorgeous especially at sunrise. This host was very responsive and helpful with all pur questions. Very easy check in process. We would highly recommend! Looking forward to visiting again in the future ❤️

We have stayed at Topsail Dunes a couple of times and this condo was our favorite. Lots of space, beds was comfortable, pillows weren’t flat. They had every thing we would need down to beach wagon. I was skeptical about the carpet because we’ve never rented a condo at the beach with carpet but it was far better with carpet. We would definitely stay here again. South Topsail has my heart but we like staying in a place with a pool so we just drove to the south end a couple of days. The elevator and the carts were very helpful and an added bonus since the last time that we stayed the building that we were, and did not have that. See you next year.

The condo was as listed. The downside was that with having to wash all towels before leaving the dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry; even in small loads. The other downside is that the pool closes at 8, and when reserving the time listed was later than that. Those are just not picky things. Besides that it was an amazing place and we would definitely go back!

Wonderful week at North Topsail Dunes. Lois made the rental process very easy and answered any questions we had within a day. The only problem (not property owners fault) was the elevator wasn't working Thursday through this morning when we left. Took a lot longer to take stuff down from the 4th floor than we anticipated. The condo was very clean and well supplied. Look forward to going back next year!!!

A great place to spend time at the beach! This condo is well furnished, clean, quiet and comfortable. The absolute prettiest sunrise is a bonus here. A friend stayed here recently and recommended it to us. Consider this a recomendation!

This was our second week at this very nice, comfortable condo. There was nothing that you needed that wasn't there. We had two beautiful weeks of sunshine and two very comfortable lodgings. If possible, we would certainly go back. Lois was so accomodating!!

We loved the condo and location! Lois was great to communicate with and helpful and friendly. The fact that we didn't need to pack towels, beach chairs, sand toys or boogie boards was a huge plus! We're already planning our vacation for next year!

The two weeks spent here were some of the best vacation weeks we have had! The condo looked as it was advertised, fully equipped with more than expected, and our host could not have been kinder! She actually made a 50 mile trip to help us when we had a problem with the TV... couldn't ask for anyone better! Thanks. Lois!

We have visited Topsail Island for close to 20 years, but this is the first time we’ve stayed at North Topsail. This 2BR condo was plenty roomy for our group with easy access to the beach and off island conveniences such as dining, grocery, etc. The condo’s amenities were plentiful including a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommended.

It was our first time to the Island and cannot wait to come back! Lois was a wonderful host and her condo is exactly as described! Clean, ocean front in a great spot, well stocked and decorated for a beach vacation!! I did have to reach out to Lois once while on the trip and she answered immediately and told me exactly how to take care of an issue. I highly recommend Lois and her condo!!
