"Once Upon A Tide!" - Oceanfront 3 BR, 2.5 BA ShipWatch Townhome. Discover the perfect oceanfront getaway at this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath North Topsail Beach home. You'll love being located directly on the beach in the desirable Shipwatch I townhome community. With three oceanfront decks, you'll enjoy sweeping ocean views whenever your heart desires! Inside your townhome, you'll find a spacious and inviting interior. Whip up delicious dishes in the skylit full kitchen, with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Relax and restore in one of three plush bedrooms. Gather together for movie nights in the open living area - WiFi, cable, four TVs, and a DVD player ensure easy entertainment for the group. "Once Upon A Tide!" welcomes you with a cheery ocean-themed interior. This Ocean Front townhome is bright, airy, and relaxing. Each floor offers an Ocean Front deck for you to soak up the rays. On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full bed and twin bed, a smart TV and a storage bench with lots of children's books and toys. Relax with the musical ocean night light in this whimsical bedroom for kids and adults alike. The next bedroom is oceanfront with a private deck, a queen-size bed and smart TV. This peaceful bedroom has direct access to the full bathroom with a combo bathtub/shower, also accessible from the hall. In the hallway is the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board and clothes steamer. The second floor has a open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room is the perfect spot to gather to stream your favorite movie on the smart TV. The dining room table seats 6 with 2 more bar stools at the adjacent kitchen bar. A well-stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Wake up with the complimentary coffee bar. Balconies are located off both the living room (oceanfront) and kitchen (sound view). There is also a half bath on the second floor. The top floor master suite is luxurious with a king-size bed, smart TV, and private oceanfront deck. The relaxing master bath has dual sinks and a large step-in shower. There is an enclosed outdoor shower underneath the house, as well as a beach equipment storage area. This area contains beach chairs, body boards, a beach umbrella, beach toys and games, cornhole and more for your use during your stay. You and your crew will love this Topsail treasure. Sit on the oceanfront decks and watch the kids play in the surf. Curl your toes in the warm sand, lay out your towel and set up your chair and umbrella, your vacation has begun!

"Once Upon A Tide!" is a 3 bedroom, 2 and one-half bathroom Townhouse located in North Topsail Beach, Topsail Island.

Third Floor- Master Suite with King Bed and Full Bath

Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are made for guests prior to arrival.

We make sure there is toilet paper (one roll on the holder and one extra roll) and hand soap in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets. There is a complimentary coffee bar, Ziploc food storage bags, oils, vinegars, grilling rubs and spices in the kitchen. We also provide complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in each shower. We do not provide enough of the starter amenities for your entire stay.

Disclosure: Please note that a Ring doorbell camera is installed at this property at the front door. This camera is used to monitor and alert housekeeping staff/owner to delivery of packages to the property. There are no other cameras at the property. This camera is an exterior camera only.

There is a three (3) night minimum for all stays.

‱ Maximum occupancy is seven (7) persons, including children, toddlers
and babies.
‱ A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
‱ This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks.
Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
‱ Pets of any kind are not permitted on the property.
‱ Events are not permitted on the property.
‱ Parking is provided for up to two (2) vehicles. No additional parking is
provided.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.

Absolutely Amazing!

We have been coming to the property for years. Now with the new owners/hosts the property has been beautifully remodeled and we couldn't ask for a more perfect vacation location! We have already re-booked for next year! Absolutely wonderful!
