Propreté des lieux et équipements de la chambre adéquats et en bon état. Le repas du pub-restaurant de l’hôtel était excellent. J’ai pris un steak, servi avec beaucoup de légumes cuits juste à point.

Great stay
Room wasn’t refreshed probably have been clean a while back, there was dust. Other then that it was ok, quiet and comfy. I will stay there again. Wifi is not the greatest !!!

Great stay , friendly staff Pet Friendly 🐶
It was a great stay! I was in town for 2 days for meetings , I mention I liked to be away from the action as I have my little dogs with me. It’s more ideal to stay away from the elevator etc.. there was no issue there they gave me a great room well located away from the action as requested , and I must say: very clean. My second stay was for 1 night and they remembered right away who I was and automatically assigned me to the type of room I liked. Great restaurant paired with the hotel Noir had a selection of Gluten Free plats it was delicious !! I will definitely stay there again. Note : Pet friendly fees are 30$ per night. It can get very expensive if you are staying for more then 2 nights it is the Most I have seen for pet fee’s ussualy hotels does a max. At 75$ per stay. (Hilton branches are 25$/ Max 75|Pomeroys are 50$ per stay)

Étape sur la route de Jasper cet hôtel offre tout le confort pour une nuit : de l’espace, bonne literie, bon restaurant... rien de mieux dans le coin.

My only downside of our atay was the lack of handicap parking. I only saw one space.. and with two restaurants and a hotel, there should be more. The morning front desk staff were awesome! Helped me a lot.

Clean room, very small.
The hotel was clean, room was very small, bathroom was tiny. Had no real amenities, so not worth the price being asked. Had two okay restaurants, both were very slow, and pricey. No soundproofing at all in the rooms, could hear everything.

I like this hotel although I think it’s very overpriced compared to other hotels that are similar. I have travelled extensively to many countries and other parts of Canada so speak from experience. I have stayed in this hotel twice in the last 10 days. Both rooms were clean except the towels are grey and very dingy and need to be bleached or replaced. I would expect better for the over $200 per night price.

My room was very clean and in good shape. The bed was nice and firm with a good variety of pillows. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.
