We spent a weekend at The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa near Horton and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The setting is breathtaking â nestled in the Yorkshire Dales, itâs perfect for unwinding or heading out for scenic walks, especially around nearby Horton-in-Ribblesdale.
The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the fantastic spa. The facilities are modern, clean, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the outdoor infinity pool with views across the lake, and the thermal suite was a real treat. The treatments were top-notch â highly recommend the massage. It felt like a proper luxury experience.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated having air conditioning, especially during the warm summer days â a rare and very welcome feature in the countryside! The countryside views from our window were stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfy.
Dining at the hotel was good overall â breakfast was excellent, though dinner service was a bit slow one evening. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming.
The car park also has the option for EV charging at very reasonable rate through project ev, just download the app and your away!
Would definitely return for another spa weekend!
