This beautiful newly renovated ranch is one story living & situated just on the edge of town, in a quiet country setting! You will enjoy the peace and serenity here while your pup enjoys playing in the fenced in back yard. Walk next door to SkanEllus Restaurant open May -October, where they have an extensive menu including several kinds of ice cream and offer certain events throughout the season. This house is centrally located and just 2 miles from the center of the village and Skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities. It is also just 25 minutes to Syracuse. Everything is on the main floor including the washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and features granite counter tops. The living room and all bedrooms have smart tv’s, wireless cable provided by Spectrum and high speed internet. The is forced air heat/central air as well.



**Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



**Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.



**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

Interaction with Guests:

Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals will send the guest a rental agreement, home instructions and directions to the home. Once the guest checks in we will attempt to call or text the guest to make sure everything is satisfactory with the home upon arrival.
