« First off, the location, and the view, is what you're paying for: it's fantastic. The house, however, is a bit funky which you should know. There is a tenant who lives below you, which is not in the listing. When I brought this up to the owner I got no response. If you're used to central heating, this house has electric baseboard heaters, two of them, in the living area and portable heaters upstairs and in the downstairs bedroom.
