« Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us. »

« Celebrated 50 years married with family here. Spacious accommodations, nice scenery, fun game room. A place for everyone to sleep, nice and ample dining areas, plenty of room in the kitchen. Kitchen was missing some everyday items like pot holders and a colander. Went and purchased what we needed and added to inventory. Such a minor negative for all the great times we had in this house. Family time is the best time. Thanks. »

« Mike was very friendly and communicative. He met us on time for our early check-in and gave us a tour of the place. The space was very comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck watching the water and wildlife. We brought our bicycles and enjoyed a day of riding the local paths that go right in front of the rental. »

« We had a such a great time in this rental property. The view is phenomenal! With the jacuzzi, wow! My friends and I fished the whole day and we we're catching fish left and right! So fun! « There was nothing that I can think of that we needed while there except maybe a spider detector. This place couldn’t have been more conducive to our needs. The nearby park was beautiful to walk to. There are plenty of churches to choose from. We felt very relaxed and at home. The only thing that creeped me out was the big spider in my bed and one in the shower the next morning. Both of which were obliterated. Thanks! »

« This is our 4th time staying here. The house is very clean and very spacious for our family. We just loved seeing the sunset every night and the view of the river is so beautiful. We loved our time here. The house always smells so good. The host is great to work with and always very responsive when needed. It is close to every place we had to go in Davenport. We would definitely recommend staying here. »

My last few days the cable t v was out so I missed a lot of season finale shows as I was there couple weeks. Front desk man did finally put on a cord for the Roku t v but still no live shows just recorded old shows or news. Very disappointing as on weekend your rates on rooms are higher and was not right to have these problems at...
