Il n'y a pas d'esprit Hard Rock, c'est un hôtel avec de belles chambres, les décorations des rocks stars sont des 5 ème choix voir des artistes inconnus, le magasin, pas de choix, j'ai acheté un tee shirt pour mon passage par dépit c'est juste un Casino et la clientèle des joueurs, déçu d'être venu de France pour voir ça

The overall ambiance of the hotel was really nice. The front desk staff was friendly. However, the room, while nice in size, was not cleaned properly. Specifically, the bathroom had eyelashes and hair on the shelf and floor. Additionally, the lower shelf where towels are placed had a noticeable layer of dust. So it was obvious that the shelf had not been wiped down in a while nor the floor swept. The beds were very comfortable and all other accommodations were great.

Very nice and fun hotel. Nice and quiet. The only complaint we had was that the volume on the tv wasn’t adjustable. Otherwise it was wonderful!

The front desk staff gave an extra nice welcome to our 2 and 4 year old grandsons providing them with crayons and stickers. Our nicely decorated 4th floor room had high ceilings, fridge, arched window and was clean. The hotel is in a great location. We would stay here again.

Hotel parking and entrance is hard to navigate with the construction of the casino entrances. Elevator at parking garage is not working, so you have to lug your suitcases down stairs. Beauriful rooms and great service.
