Emplacement au milieu des malls
Bel hôtel, très bien placé avec un petit-déjeuner somptueux, varié et bon. On peut même le prendre dehors côté rue. A noter l’étage Executive Floor avec la partie boissons et restauration le soir qui y est très sympa. Les chambres sont très confortables.

Séjour très agréable en plein coeur de Orchard road : rue qui regroupe toutes les marques de magasins pour tous budgets. Personnel très professionnel et souriant. Avons apprécié l'accueil, le check in et check out avec une écoute particulière par rapport à nos besoins. Chambre avec vue sur orchard, propre et salle de bain adaptée au standing cinq étoiles. Piscine fantastique en plein coeur de ville. Buffet un peu cher. Magnifique hôtel dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Excellent hôtel mais un peu cher.
Personnel très poli, attentionné et courtois. Toujours prêt à rendre service dans les plus brefs délais. Cet hôtel est très propre. Dommage que les prestations soient si chères, mais on est à Singapour!

Great vacation in Singapore
Great location and excellent service. Morning buffet was awesome and service was impeccable. The hotel rooms (we had a deluxe king) are older but clean. We will definitely stay again!

Found two cockroaches in restaurant (not a big deal, they happen) but when I told the chef who was stood there he just shrugged. Also, no air con in lobby/lounge/corridors/bar etc Air con unit in restaurant was huge big noisy machine that blew in your face. Was travelling with party of about 30 colleagues. Everyone thought it was bad and overpriced. Room was nice enough

The location of the hotel is good, and it is very convenient for guests to go shopping or taste food no matter they take public transportation. The front desk service is very kind, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But there are a few small deficiencies provided to the hotel, hoping to improve better services. The first is that the socket equipment is a bit old, and it is actually a bit inconvenient to not have a USB socket (many hotels already have USB socket facilities), but fortunately we remembered to bring a plug. The second is to pay attention to the filling of bath products in the bathroom. I am used to washing my hair every day. I checked in on January 21. After washing my hair at night, I found that the conditioner could not be squeezed out, and it was already empty.
