+ hôtel pas très grand ,très moderne et ça fait l ambiance familiale,tout inclus dans le prix(les repas,les collations,les cocktails,les vin etc),la piscine est pas grande,mais superbe- est ouverte 24/24 ce qui est très rare ,on a profité d y aller tard le soir -très agréable,dans chaque salle de bains il y a et la douche et la baignoire,donc pour tout les goûts,un superbe séjour,merci !si l occasion se présente-on y retournera avec plaisir !!!

Bon séjour.
Bien placé même si pas à côté des transports. Juste aller à la rue orchard en bas de l'hôtel pour tramway et bus. Taxi directement à l'hôtel. Traffic fluide compter 30 minutes pour aéroport et idem pour le zoo. Déjeuner pas type 4 etoiles en France mais très bien. Il y a ce qu'il faut pour déjeuner et même trop. Boissons soft offertes la journée et collations ainsi que cocktail le soir. jusque 20h30. Piscine avec parois donnant sur le vide. Tout le confort dans la chambre. Chaussons peignoirs même peigne etc. Personnel très aimable et serviable.

Le personnel est très accueillant vraiment adorable, petit déjeuner moyen mais ok, il faut marcher pas mal pour prendre le métro et c'est en monter...super hôtel pour être en famille car pas trop grand

The Quincy Hotel is a delight! Staff were super helpful and friendly. My room was very well appointed with all-new furnishings. Bed was comfy-as. The breakfast was yummy. It was an easy 10-minute walk to the Paragon Shopping Center and the subway station.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful with a variety of Eastern and Western selections. The shower design was very strange in my room, seemingly designed to leak and difficult to access.

Far away from the metro station. The fixed breakfast is quite awful. The waffles tasted like sand. They serve white bread, no cheese, limited fruits. I’d stay here for a day or two, not more.

As a regular visitor i can say with ease that this is one of the top hotels we have ever stayed at in Singapore. The staff are always friendly and polite at any time of day and from check in to check out always great to deal with. They are also helpful and knowledgeable in every regard and always make my partner and myself feel like VIP guests! The location is also amazing with a quick walk to Orchard road and also easy access to the mrt station. Agnes, Sharvin and Michelle thank you once again for exceeding expectations! Terrible service in restaurant
Our needs wasn’t met from beginning. We wished a room a bit higher but we didn’t get. First day there was nothing to breakfast, no toast, no butter, no cheese, coffee machine didn’t work. We asked but the staff was very rood. At last we got some bread with plain omelet on the plate. We used to come there years ago, last time 2019 and worked well. Now service and breakfast are terrible. The staff didn’t listen to our wishes. Check out today was very friendly with a lady in turquoise blouse in reception. We are not coming back.

The staff is so helpful. The only thing different from our previous stays is that the food for the evening reception is miniscule. You might as well go to a restaurant for dinner instead of relying on the evening reception.

Very nice hotel - nice rooms, in good condition, and very helpful staff. Just up a small hill from Orchard Road where there are tons of restaurants and shopping. We will stay there again!

Great stay
Great location, super friendly staff going out of their way to assist, from the lady cleaning the room, to front staff and breakfast staff. Very comfortable stay. Only one minor point was the air conditioning is a bit loud.

I'd stay again for sure.
This hotel has everything i needed as a business traveler. The couple of free drinks from after 6pm is a nice touch and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to good food options.

Delightful
Excellent.Stayed 2 nights. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room very well equipped clean and comfortable. Hotel location only 10 minutes from Orchard Road and MRT. Breakfast till 3pm and evening drinks and snacks great. Particularly for jet lagged travellers. Nice pool and Gym.
