Piscine en rooftop vraiment très agréable. Attention lors de la réservation de la chambre surtout si il y a des enfants, les lits supplémentaires ne sont pas prévus dans le type de chambre.

Hôtel petit et très bien centré. Accueil agréable chambres et literie très. Bien. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais suffisante. S’il faut trouver un défaut, le buffet du petit-déjeuner n’est pas très varié mais ce qui est présenté est bon. Je reviendrais volontiers.

Hotel in fantastic location
The hotel is ideally located in an area with lots of restaurants and near the City Hall MRT. The swimming pool has a great view. The rooms could have been better designed with better lighting in the bathroom area, a smaller sink and more storage spaces. The lifts are under renovation at the moment so there's quite a long wait to access the rooms.

Espace accueil un peu surprenant, quasiment dans la zone de restauration. Personnel très professionnel. Chambre design, spacieuse et très bien conçue mais très mal insonorisée du bruit de la rue (nous étions pourtant au 4e etage) Petit déjeuner très bon et varié

Hôtel bien placé mais quelques lacunes
L'hôtel Naumi est bien situé, juste derrière le Raffles. C'est un petit hotel de 10 étages, le personnel est agréable, les chambres propres mais petites sont bien fournies. Le mini bar gratuit est une attention fort sympathique. Néanmoins plusieurs éléments nous ont dérangé. Un ascenseur sur les deux étaient en panne pendant notre séjour. La piscine ferme à 18h ce qui est trop tôt d'autant qu'elle n'est pas surveillée. Mais par dessus tout, des fêtes privées font que les hôtes n'y ont plus accès certains soirs ce qui est un comble dans un hôtel où le prix payé incluait pourtant toutes les prestations ! Du coup quand vous avez un avion tard le soir, vous n'avez plus accès ni à votre chambre ni à la piscine, fort dommage selon moi. Pour finir, il est dommage que le personnel ne nous ait pas informé du happy hour offert aux clients en fin de journée, nous l'avons découvert par hasard. En résumé, hotel confortable pour sa catégorie mais en regard du prix payé, je pense qu'on peut trouver plus de services en choisissant une chaîne hôtelière.

Nice design hotel, very nice staff
The hotel is very well located, the staff is nice and welcoming but I found it a bit expensive compared to other places I've been to in Singapore. We were upgraded to a bigger room since we were with a child but we had to pay quite a lot in the end, we could have stayed in a better hotel for the total price. The room was nice but you can find better facilities in other places.

3泊しました。出会ったスタッフ皆さん感じがよく、私の拙い英語で何度聞き返しても優しく答えてくださりました。部屋も綺麗でジュースの補充もしてくれます。10階のバーでは滞在中1人2杯までお酒が無料とのことで、おつまみも用意されており景色を眺めながらワインは最高でした。シャワールームのお湯が出る時間が短く毎晩お風呂上がりが寒かったことが残念でした。それ以外はとても良かったです。

All staff were amazing. Really helpful with sharing insights as to what to go and see. Room was different to what we are used to but worked for us. Pool was a great place and just a shame we were staying for a short time. Similarly outdoor area we didn’t utilize to the best advantage. Would definitely return to stay

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Staff were more than welcoming, helpful and attentive. Pool area a great place to cool off and enjoy the view. Easy walk to MRT and other local attractions. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond their line of duty to make our stay comfortable, to the point of getting one of the staff members to queue at the Raffles Hotel Long Bar so that we didn’t have to, to enable us to have the famous Singapore Sling there. Nothing was too much for them to do to make your stay enjoyable and always with delightful smiles. One of their staff, Christopher was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and a delight to converse with. The rooms are comfortable and functional, with good quality toiletries and good brands of tea and coffee, which my tea loving husband appreciated. There are many restaurants and local eateries nearby and if you are a keen walker, Marina Bay is walkable. All in all, if you wanted a niche small hotel to stay in, you could do no better than Naumi Hotel, we loved it.

Location perfect (& close to the super efficient MRT) for everything that we would want to see or do. The Free Happy hour had a great vibe and was an ideal place for meeting others or relaxing before venturing out for the evening. The pool has a stunning view and all the staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was ergonomically impressive and so quiet considering the hotel’s central location. No negatives to offer, this is the only place I want to stay when we return to Singapore.

I stayed only one night but was very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It’s at a wonderful location with easy access to public transport, shopping and good restaurants. They provide filtered tap water not bottled as in keeping with their commitment to sustainable experience. A big reason I choose this hotel.

The staff were excellent. The room was as shown. It was well laid out but a bit small. The rooftop pool was great. Free happy hour was a nice bonus. The breakfast was very basic.The location is very good with most sites within walking distance.
