Room was renovated and MRT was across the road,mattress were comfy and room is clean. Counter staff were not so polite, no greeting and smile.

Hotel has to do something about the something about the cleanliness of the washroom on the lobby. It's filthy and smelly when I went there. No good for the image of the hotel. In addition the self laundry service should not be offered if the facility is not ready for guests. I went there with the tokens and it was stuck inside the slot of the dryer. I called the service and it took more than 30 mins for the staff to come to the laundry room. This is terrible as I have wasted my time waiting in the laundry room all by myself with sensor lighting turning on and off every 3 to 5 mins. They would have easily pass me another token and get another dryer working. Btw it's not cheap to purchase the tokens. This is my worst experience in this hotel!

We enjoyed the location super handy to the MRT and the Botanical Gardens. We felt the dining was overpriced and chose not to eat at the JEN. The pool was great to cool and relax and the gardens surrounding the pool complex. The interior needs to be updated in the bedrooms looking rather tired. Still a great place to say for a short visit to Singapore.

Wish the slipper is not reusable. Slipper should thrown away or let the guest to take it home due to the hygienist. Some people have smell feet or injury in which can transfer the disease. Can the hotel let me know if they throw the slippers away or reused them?

Great place to stay! Staff was extremely friendly and even offered a birthday gift for celebration. Close to the MRT as well. Clean room and bathroom.

The hotel's location (near Orchard Road, the Botanic Garden, Tanglin Mall, and an MRT station) is its biggest asset. But the hotel itself is quite nice as well.

The hotel is connecting to the mall with a bridge and it only takes 2 mins by walking. There is a supermarket at the mall and some other dining options, which is great. Staffs are helpful in arranging two rooms next to each other so that I can easily looking after my grandparents.

This property is very close to Gleneagles Hospital where my husband was sent from a cruise ship. I made the arrangements and I was satisfied with the hotel and especially the staff. Tyson and Chona were efficient and caring and made me feel at home. They were "at my service" all the time and ALWAYS WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE!

Generally a good hotel with friendly staff. Location is good as it has a metro/MRT station just opposite of the hotel main entrance; or a bus to Orchard Road in a nearby bus stop. Safe location. Nice pool.
