Chambre confortable bon rapport qualité prix
Hotel propre chambres confortables :tv bouilloire articles de toilettes mais espace très réduit on se douche sur les WC. Literie moyenne . Situation à 15 min à pied du métro vous avez des restos et épicerie en bas de l hôtel très pratique. La ligne de métro est celle qui dessert directement l aéroport pratique. Accueil du personnel très froid à améliorer.

Nous sommes arrive de paris tres fatigue suite aux 14h de vols lors de notre reservation nous avions stipule, que nous souhaiterions avoir une chambre pour 13h. arrive dans l'hotel surprise ils ne veulent rien savoir heures d'entre dans la chambre 14h c'est toujours mieux que 15h mais on a du negocier. tous les pauvres touristes etait tellement fatigue qu'ils dormait ou ils pouvait dans la salle d'accueil de l'hotel. personnellement ce qui a le plus choquer ma femme c'est le caffard qu'elle a vus passer sous le lit avant d'aller dormir on a tout de suite demande a changer de chambre, nouvelle surprise le wifi capte tres mal a partir du 4eme etages en dessous tout va bien. le point positif c'est que le metro est pas loins 5 min a pieds. info utile y a des travaux en face de l'hotel suite a la construction d'un hotel (marteaux pikers, grue,...). j'y suis reste 3 jours car j'avais deja tous payer ensuite j'ai fuis.

hôtel très petit et très simple.
Personnel agréable et serviable. Premiere fois a singapour donc difficile de comparer a d'autres hôtels.fragrance ruby est assez sommaire et simpliste. Chambre très très très petite et je ne parle pas de la Sdb wc lavabo ......minuscule. Singapour étant cher et comparable à une capitale européenne. Difficile de juger mais je ne le recommanderai pas a mes proches.

L'hôtel Fragrance Ruby est dans le quartier plutôt animé de Geylang. Le confort est correct, l'accueil et les renseignements des réceptionnistes excellents.Pour avoir dormi aussi dans un hôtel de la chaîne 81, situé dans le même quartier et à prix similaire, je ne peux que vous conseiller le Fragrance, qui était bien plus propre et plus confortable.

Exotique pour le meilleur ou pour le pire
La chambre manquait de confort avec une mauvaise isolation par rapport au couloir. Le personnel de la réception était serviable. Le plus remarquable était le quartier très "exotique" (surtout le soir) mais au fond pas trop mal localisé par rapport à l aéroport et aux différents quartier stratégiques de Singapour. Au final, hotel passable si vous obtenez un tarif intéressant.

Rooms Are small, convenient if only transiting for a night or two. Mattress is pretty hard. Plenty Local restaurants near by for a quick cheap meal. Mainly Asian dishes. Staff friendly and assisted in booking cabs.

Room doesn’t look clean like what the pictures shows. Everything in this building is outdated old and broken. I really don’t know if the price fits the bill. They say Singapore was one of a beautiful cleanest country in the world but if there law can fine you for spitting gum on the ground then they should fine these hotel for not keeping up to their standard.

It is a bit out of the main area but with Googles help we found it easy to catch local bus & trains to get to the gardens and universal. Room is small but we only used the room to shower and sleep. Price was great so we were happy.

Staff at front desk and house keeping are very friendly and helpful. Bad smell comes out from toilet pipe. Flase Fire alarm rang that cause me can't sleep well during the whole trip
