Hotel très bien situé, personnel très aimable, prestations excellentes, lit un peu trp étroit, avec la couette : trop chaud, sans la couette : trop froid, donc couette trop grosse. Manque un peu de nourriture occidentale.

Hôtel bien placé à 5min d'une de station de métro dans un bon quartier (shopping, hawker...). Tous le personnel est très agréable et très professionnel. La femme de ménage nous ravitaillé en bouteulle d'eau et café/thé tous les jours. La salle de sport fait le job ainsi que la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est complet est il ne manque de rien. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

A déconseiller
Salle de bain un peu vieux nécessite un rafraîchissement (évacuation du lavabo très problématique), colonie de chauve souris (avec les problèmes d’hygiène avec leurs excréments sur le rebord de la fenêtre qui en découlent) devant la fenêtre de notre chambre (de luxe) au 16e étage ! On est parti avant la date prévue pour un autre hôtel en abandonnant la nuit restante déjà payée.

I was travelling from Melbourne with family and is terribly disappointed by the hotel service as compared to the services we are used to in Melbourne. To begin with I had requested for an early check in which after back and forth conversation was granted with the notion that the request will not be honoured next time. I was really disappointed to hear this that I did not proceed to make any more requests. When we arrived, no one helped us with the baggage and staff were in general rude. The bed was not made well with bumps and lumps. The air condition if turned on beyond 20degrees gave out a foul smell so we had to keep it at 25 degrees throughout while it was 32 degrees outside. Overall the hotel experience was poor and not recommended. The only convenience is that it’s located well.

MRT のBras Basah駅まで歩いて３分くらい、バス停もホテルのすぐ近くにあって、交通の便は至極良かった。ホテル自体は古さを感じて、窓を開けようとしたらアルミ枠がガラスから外れていて開けることが出来なかったり、便座の取り付けが緩んですぐにずれたりして、ちょっとなぁって感じがしました。有料の朝食は平均的。帰国日、早朝４時のタクシーも前日にフロントにお願いしたら、きちんと手配してくれて良かったです。あまり細かい事にこだわらなければOKでしょうか。

When I opened a drawer, I was offended by the strong smell of perfume, which I assumed belonged to a previous guest. No tissues in the room. No ice cream machine. Distant from subway station.Despite the minor shortcomings mentioned above, in general the facilities and staff were good and comfortable.

das Haus ist offensichtlich älter und es wurde nachträglich eine neue Fassade vorgesetzt. Dadurch wird der Lärm abgehalten, die Fenster sind sehr klein, so dass es im Zimmer ziemlich dunkel ist. Das Mobiliar wirkte abgegriffen. Die Aufzüge sind optisch im schlechten Zustand. Das Personal ist generell nicht sehr freundlich und mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Begrüßung findet nicht statt. Der Türsteher steht an der Tür, öffnet diese aber nicht. Das ganze Haus ist alt und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Das Frühstücksbufett war lieblos und die warmen Speisen kalt, da niemand bemerkt hatte, dass die Stöfchen aus waren. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht wieder wählen. Eine vier Sterne Bewertung halten wir nicht für angemessen.

ブギスから徒歩8〜10分ぐらいの場所にあるので食べ物には困らないし、主要箇所への移動は便利 ホテル内装は日本の築年数経ってるホテル日航っぽい感じ エレベーターすぐ横の部屋だったのでエレベーターの稼働が結構聞こえた(夜中も稼働してる) 浴槽は水流れにくいので注意 洗濯乾燥機使用した時、カウンターでS1ドルコイン6枚(洗濯と乾燥で各S6ドル)両替したついでに洗濯洗剤くれた(粉) 部屋は涼しいがすごく乾燥してるのでマスクあったらベスト クーラーからの埃とかは全くなかった トコジラミはいなかった シーツも綺麗だった チェックアウト後荷物預かってくれた(泊まった時の部屋番号と取りにくる時間連絡する)

We had a very comfortable stay at the Grand Pacific for 5 nights. The location is very convenient to get around in Singapore by public transport as well as walking. There’s bus stops right outside the hotel and within 250m from the hotel, you can practically get a bus to anywhere in Singapore. I would rate this property a 5 star, except for a few reasons. We arrived at 5am and while I totally understand check-in is at 3pm, I would expect from a service perspective that you atleast offer your guests (who have already completed check-in formalities) waiting in your lobby a bottle of water as a courtesy. We had shifts change from the night to the early morning staff, but felt overlooked for more than 3 hours as we headed out at 8am. The room telephone wasn’t working, which we discovered the next day. The staff were prompt to send maintenance crew to have a look, but it seemed the line was dead and needed external contractors to attend. We opted for the issue to not be looked at, but ideally one would expect this to be picked up in checks while the room is prepared. Our 3 year old’s bath towel was mistakenly collected by the housekeeping staff while changing towels on Day2, and I had to keep following up the issue. However, Lee and Christine were better than other staff who took the trouble to look into it and help redress. Christine helper reimburse me while checking out, which I appreciated. It was hard to explain to a toddler why their towel disappeared.

バス停が近くなので、あちこち行きやすいです。 建物は多少古いですが、清潔だしスタッフの方も親切です。 モーニングビュッフェは現地仕様のメニューが多く、個人的には食べられる物が少なかったですが、大丈夫な方は問題ないと思います。

Mooi hotel , goede service. Ontbijt gevarieerd meer kan ik er niet over zeggen want verblijf is maar 1 nacht dus geen gebruik gemaakt van alle voorzieningen. Pluspunt de safe hier is fijn en easy te bedienen en verlicht sls je de kast open doet. Heb ik wel anders gezien.

Positives: Gute Anbindung, sauber, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Negatives: Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer war okay und schon mal ein wenig renoviert, das Bad aber nicht. Keine Raucherlounge, Wetterabhängige Öffnungszeiten des Pools ( wenn es nieselt wird der Poolbereich geschlossen) und dieser ist auch nicht wirklich einladend (auch ziemlich veraltet) Alles in allem ist das für mich kein 4**** Hotel, max.3.

Hotel Grand Pacific is very centrally located to shopping centres and food outlets, local markets and fancy outlets. Hotel is well presented and staff are amenable.

Have stayed here many times. Good aircon big rooms, bath with shower which i like. Bathrooms are cleanbut need refurb. Concierge... Velu has neen there for years....always greets me which means a lot.

At first, we were given a room at the 15/F where the TV and telephone were both not working. Upon our request, however, the hotel immediately transferred us to a nicer room at the 5/F. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and the Bugis area.
