I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of 3 for 4 nights.
After a long flight, we were looking forward to resting, but upon check-in, we found our room was not fully prepared. Despite having booked for 3 people and specifically requesting an extra bed in advance, the additional bed was missing.
We also encountered issues with the room amenities. Essential items like toothbrushes and slippers were not provided. Throughout our stay, housekeeping consistently overlooked replacing items; for instance, our used toothbrushes were discarded without leaving replacements.
By the end of our stay, we had no towels in our room, which compounded our frustration due to the apparent lack of professionalism.
We had to call hotel service every night to request toothbrushes and towels. The persistence of these issues over several nights should have highlighted a clear lack of attention to detail.
I had hoped to see improvements during our stay, but, regrettably, this did not occur.
