Très bonne insonorisation de la chambre malgré le ballet des avions. Dans l'attente de notre vol, la prise en charge gratuite de nos bagages après le check-out de 12 h. A améliorer la signalétique indiquant le lieu de l'hôtel.

BON HOTEL
Une nuit à l'aller une nuit au retour lors de notre périple en Indonésie. Très bon compromis et hôtel idéalement situé dans l'aéroport et à proximité du centre JEWEL que nous avons découvert à notre plus grande surprise. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres propres et bien équipées. Nous y retournerons si besoin sans problème.

Sejour d’une nuit dans cet hôtel dans l’aéroport. Très pratique entre 2 vols mais assez cher. Personnel très serviable. Belle piscine et salle de fitness

This was our second stay on a week. Check-in was great like last time and we really appreciated our early checkin was accommodated, but a couple of the towels in our room were dirty / stained with something. Otherwise things were OK.

Very convenient to airport. The cost to transport to the center of Singapore was well worth choosing this hotel. We were able to sleep longer before going to the terminal for your flight. The entrance is very convenient right after you exist immigration and before the entrance of Jewel.

Crowne Plaza Changi is perfect for a stopover. A few minutes walk from baggage pickup. Quick and friendly check in. Upgraded room was amazing. Really luxurious bedroom and bathroom with beautiful bathroom products. A coffee machine with several choices of pods. I had breakfast in the Jewel which has lots of choice.

We have stayed here previously in the Jewel wing which is the new section and very nice. Upon arrival the staff said we could have an upgrade to the original building. It was not as nice as Jewel room. Older and noisier. There is a trade off of being closer to facilities v newer and better room.

Nice hotel with good location, quiet room and good breakfast. Very convenient to go to the nearby attractions such as Jewk shopping mall, Jewel Changi Airport (just 0.2 miles) and Butterfly Garden (0.2 miles).

Pros: Convenient location (easy access to airport and mall). Clean room and facilities. Good service. Cons: Open-air walkways to hotel rooms (humid). For the "Standard Room, 1 King Bed" room, there was only glass wall separating the bedroom and bathroom (severe lack of bathroom privacy).

今回は2泊の旅だったので、利便性を考えてこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。プール横の部屋は開放感があり大変居心地がよかったです。あいにく雨と雷だったのでプールは入れなかったのですが、そのかわり朝夕ラウンジを利用できたので楽しめました。空港直結ホテルということもあり、飛行機のチェックイン時間ギリギリまで遊べました！またぜひ利用したいです。

The room was well-appointed and quite comfortable. However, there was a flashing green light (I think the smoke detector?) that woke me up and kept me awake many time during the night. Then, when I tried to have a shower, there was no hot water. I tried running the water for a very long time but it never heated up and the drain was not clear as the water started to go all over the bathroom floor. Ruined what was otherwise a very nice hotel in a great location for travelling (i.e., connected to Changi airport and the Jewel shopping center and waterfall)

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the airport next to the waterfall vortex at the Jewel. Hotel room at an amazing view of the tarmac and planes. Room was super comfortable and pool was spectacular
