Hôtels près du Simba and Nala's Dog Park à Frankfort

« Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »

« Pas de service au chambre et pas de restaurant »

« I appreciate the cleanliness and modernization of the hotel and the rooms. The pricing is also very reasonable. The exercise equipment in the room is an added bonus. The only drawback is they don’t include breakfast. That’s not a dealbreaker for me, they have a restaurant on premises and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. This is my second time staying at the property. I hope they maintain the standard. A lot of hotels I have been do not adhere to the standard of cleanliness. »

« This stay was just “stayable”. It was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast that was offered was well. The cons were a list of things, but the major ones were that the carpet in the rooms needs to be upgraded or removed and the televisions could be bigger! Overall, I’d stay again for the convenience and it appeared to be clean! PS: Be prepared to leave on time, they do not do late check outs! »

« Clean and professional »

« Very nice hotel high end, perfect »

« We loved the breakfast. There was a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. »

« Le site permet de réserver en toute confiance une chambre d'hôtel, tous les détails sont clairement indiqués avant la confirmation de la réservation. On connait les dimensions des chambres on sait si le petit déj est inclus ou pas »

« Day time Front Desk staff was not helpful. On day 2 of our 2 nights stay, our room was not made up: towels, coffee sets, cups, and bottled were not replenished. I was given towels from the Desk and I was given 2 expired coffee k cups. I was told that “the 2 bottled water provided on arrival are the only once get.” Breakfast and staff server was great. I’m not sure if I’ll recommend this Hilton Garden Inn, Mokena, Illinois »

« Difficulty checking in. Did not receive the room I reserved. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get the correct room. The room was dingy and the room needs an update. Bathroom had mold around the caulking in the bathroom. The windows were open and I could only get one to latch completely. There was no phone in the room which I consider a safety hazard. If there had been an emergency with my 94-year-old mother traveling with me, there was no phone to contact the front desk. I was told by...

« Belle grande chambre, propre, bien aménagée avec frigo, micro-ondes, beaucoup de prises électriques, belle douche, serviettes douces et épaisses. Déjeuner varié. Seul point négatif: le personnel à l’accueil. Aucun sourire, ne répond pas aux questions. Se contente de réciter son texte sur ce qui est permis ou pas et l’heure du déjeuner. Insiste sur l’interdiction de marijuana. »
