Hôtels près du George Dunne National Golf Club à Chicago

« Très bien »

« It's simply a 2 star overnight stay with 3 star prices. Unfortunately the staff-desk was unaccomidating and least helpful and sleepily unenthusiastic to assist - »

« Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »

« Specifically chose this hotel for its pool and spa amenities and upon arrival was informed that the pool as well as hot tub were under construction. This was not noted on the description or on their website check out was at 11 and we had housekeeping knocking at the door at 10:50 in the morning rushing us waiting outside of our room for us to leave. Had I known this was going to be my experience I would’ve never booked this room at this location. »

« Staff was always helpful, breakfast was very good, rooms were clean. We could not ask for anything better. »

« I apologize for not remembering the young lady’s name but upon my arrival, she was very helpful and welcoming. The gentleman that was there for the overnight shift was also friendly and helpful. »

« The staff was super helpful. Common areas-- carpets, furniture, etc badly need updates. I noticed that the chairs in the reception area were worn to the point of being threadbare-- not a good look, and I did not want to sit on them. There were drain flies in my bathtub. To her credit, the receptionist switched me to a different room and gave me a breakfast voucher as soon as I told her. The new room was much better with no bugs, but the toilet handle did not work properly. »

« Room was very clean and spacious, staff was friendly »
