« The space was clean and welcoming. The host answered all my questions timely and gave great directions on where to park and how to enter the premises. Very satisfied with our experience. »

« Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! »

« The apartment was clean, functional and within walking distance of the metro. Juan, the host, was a gem, offering us an abundance of very good suggestions for visiting both DC and the area he is located in. Thanks Juan - much appreciated. »

« Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro. »

« Very nice host. Very spacious property »

« Clean indoors, entry to basement apt could use a fresh coat of paint. Would recommend keypad entry instead of actual key. For the one evening we were there, it was sufficient. Only used the apt for a place to sleep. »

« Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night. »

« Great location, amazing views and fantastic hosts. The only thing I would suggest is to ask for all required documentation at the time of booking. I booked a day in advance and had to send documents and make parking payments while I was on the way. Thanks. »

« Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel »
