« We knew SK from having stayed there in the past, so we knew very well where Dave's condo was located and everything was great! The proximity to the beach and SK village on foot, the very pleasant condo which perfectly suited our needs, and above all a private swimming pool available 24 hours a day. Thanks again to Dave for being a great host during our stay. We will come back! »

« This villa is awesome. It’s Spacious & well appointed throughout. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. Both bedrooms are spacious & the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, plenty of dishes & cookware. Very close the pool, It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want front row, you have to get out there by 7-715am to reserve your loungers. Umbrellas are $20. I will definitely come back!!! »

« We had a great time at this property. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. The community pool Is only steps away in the backyard. The others who live and rent in the area are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting nearby areas of Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Lido Island and Brandenton. »

« Overall, very enjoyable. Our villa was clean and "cute". The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice sized! However, a 9:00 pm closing was surprising as that's the best time for adults to get in a quick swim at the end of the day. Additionally, it would have been nice to have towel service as it was provided only after 10 days. I would have brought more pool towels from home if I had known this was a problem or issue. »
