Cette très belle maison high-tech UNIQUE sur 3 niveaux, a pour atout en autre d’être à 2 minutes à pieds d’une des plages classée parmi les cinq plus belle au monde. Située dans le très prisé Island Circle (en forme de cœur), Depuis un des deux salons et cuisines vous pourrez profitez directement de la piscine in-out door et de son spa et monterez à l’étage par l’escalier, l'ascenseur est utilisable pour personne à mobilité réduite. La maison est équipée d’un ascenseur à bateau qui donne sur un canal qui rejoint le Golf du Mexique en quelques minutes.
Cette villa est entièrement équipée avec du mobilier de qualité supérieur et dispose de 4 chambres avec salles de bain dont une MASTER ROOM, d'une piscine privée, 2 cuisines, d'un garage 3 voitures.

Great place As advertised!
Fantastic location. Its about a 5 minute walk to the beach and you can use the cart supplied to help you. Walk to the Siesta Village is about 10 minutes. 4 great bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Evenings were very quiet to sleep. Lots of bathrooms and 2 kitchens - 1 in the pool area. The pool is incredibly convenient as its on the ground floor and so the kids spent hours daily in the pool amd hot tub. A real treat!

NOT what it appears to be
This property is NOT what it appears to be! The pictures are NOT what this house looks like. It is not clean, the beds are uncomfortable and the sheets are stained, the hot tub did not work and the pool was dingy, the refridgerator and stove broke during our stay, the dishes and towels are old and unorganized, the closets and drawers are full of owner's items and old blankets and pillows, the boat lift is very unsafe and not maintained, and the owner lives in France and is slow to respond. I will say that they did let us bring our larger dogs, as we kept them in kennels and their maintence rep was very nice and repsponsive. Overall the house is in a great spot and the neighbors were friendly, but the "house" itself is not desireable or at all worth the cost.

Mauricio the property manager is fantastic and very easy to work with! The house is a 1/2 mile walk to the village and 1/4 mile to the beach. The pool and downstairs area is great for hanging out day and night. Highly recommend!

Winter getaway with family and friends
What a great house! Plenty of room for everyone. Close to the beach and the village. Walkable everywhere. We had just one day of rain, but with the indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub, we relaxed in the hot tub while it poured outside. Love that there is a full fridge in the lower level with the pool. After a day at the beach followed by dinner at the village, we spent most of our time in the lower level hanging out. Most things you need for the beach are provided, including umbrella, towels, some chairs, and plenty of toys for younger kids.. We especially appreciated the 2 beach caddy’s to carry everything. We did not see a cooler there, but we were able to bring ours. When we had a question, it was answered almost immediately. Really impressed there. I was a little disappointed in the furniture in the living room. It was not as pictured, and not overly comfortable. After a long day, we love to put our feet up. We did see some footstools in the upper bedroom, so we brought them down. Overall, this was a great home in a great location. Would definitely rent again!

Siesta Key House
The house was awesome. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. It was within walking distance to the beach and near many great food options. It was close enough to stores and shops and far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the busy street if we didn't want to.

Incredible Siesta Key Vacation Home!
Incredible, richly-appointed home just a couple of blocks from the famous Siesta Key beach with white-powder sand! We walked on the beach every morning! Siesta Key Village with many shoppes and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and Marcio, the property manager was very conscientious and responsive, A++! The downstairs pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the master bathroom, and the kitchens (two of them - one upstairs and one downstairs by the pool!) were very well-appointed. The elevator was an added bonus as it came in handy for transporting luggage and groceries to the main floor. We rented a golf cart after a couple of days which made travelling around the island that much more fun! We had a fantastic time at Island Circle, Siesta Key and would definitely stay here again! Perfection!

Fun comfy house with a terrific location
Lovely large well-appointed house just a couple blocks from beautiful Siesta Key beach. We and our various guests- from seniors to a young family, all greatly enjoyed our stay. The high ceilings, huge living room windows, the pool and spa— all were great. Very nice kitchen and bedrooms too(: The screened enclosure by the pool was especially nice when we were bbq-ing out there in the evening. We had a wonderful month there (:.

Wonderful stay
My family stayed at the blue house for a week, and we had an exceptional time. The house itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchens (two!) were very well stocked, and the garage had many beach toys that our son could use. The pool in the house was really cool, and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a pleasure communicating with the property manager, and he was readily available to help/answer questionsn. The location couldn’t have been better - walking distance to town and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house on Siesta Key!
This house has a great lay out for families. We had 3 families staying here and it was perfect. I would suggest a golf cart is you don't like walking but it is a nice walk to downtown. The place is not the cleanest but was tolerable. Pool and hot tub are great. The property manager was extremely helpful and nice!

The Blue House
We had a fabulous time at the blue house. So close to the beach and property manager was amazing. There were cats, chairs, and umbrellas for our beach days. The walk into the village is a little bit more of a walk but definitely doable. Property was pretty much as advertised and Marcio, the property manager, was very responsive. We had a group of 7-9 and it was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the downstairs pool area and used the kitchen down there a lot. Would recommend this property and definitely would stay with this host again!!! Did not want to leave!!!

The Blue House
We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue House. The proximity to the beach as well as the space to hang out in the pool area and second floor were the main things that attracted us to this property and certainly made our experience an enjoyable one. There were some issues with water damage and the gas at the beginning of our stay, but these were clearly handled as well and as quickly as possible during our stay with minimal interruption of our vacation. The property management was always friendly and available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Family work and play winter getaway
We had a wonderful experience during our two week family stay. We had 3 of us working and taking off days and time when we could and found the house to be an excellent choice for us. Aside from its very cool decor and vibe, the pool and spa was perfect for evenings and short breaks when we could not get to the beach . The location of the house is perfect with a short walk to siesta key village and an even shorter walk to the beach. With a family of 5 (all adult age and 3 of us working) we had plenty of space for privacy with 3 floors all having living and work space. There was also everything one could need for beach trips including chairs, lounges, etc. in short it was perfect for our family work play mid winter break.

Home Sweet Siesta Key 🏝
The property has a great location - near beach and a. short walk to the village. The house has plenty of room for a large group to enjoy the beauty of Siesta Key. The house is a bit worn but still warm and inviting. Most interesting faucets I’ve ever seen. The property manager Mario is very attentive and extremely helpful. Enjoy your stay . . You’ll never want to leave.

Great Place! Great location
Property was perfectly located for our family. Less than 5 minutes to beach. 15 minute walk to all that downtown Siesta Key has to offer. Quiet neighborhood where we could take morning and evening walks. Marcio was attentive to every need, though there were only a few that ne needed to attend to. Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out. Indoor/outdoor pool was great! The listing very accurately matched what was available - beach toys, chairs, cart to lug it to/fro. WiFi worked out pretty well for our virtual work and school. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Island paradise
This house is the perfect home away from home in Siesta Key! So close to everything, yet very private as well. The 1st level pool/spa/entertainment room is perfect. Watch TV and relax in the hot tub or grill some steaks and watch the kids play in the pool, we did it all. The house was spacious enough for our family of three to host my sister, brother in law and their three children comfortably for several days but nice just for myself, my husband and teenage daughter as well. Very well equipped kitchen with most of the comforts of home. The property manager and owner were very accessible with any questions or concerns. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our new found island paradise!
