Ce condo en bord de mer est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la plage n ° 1 américaine, Siesta Key! Magnifiquement mis à jour et remodelé avec des finitions haut de gamme, vous êtes certain de profiter de tout le style de vie de Siesta Key. Ce condo peut accueillir confortablement six personnes, avec une reine dans le maître, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit queen dans la salle familiale. De belles vues sur les plages de sable blanc de Siesta Key depuis presque chaque chambre vous accueillent chaque matin! Le WIFI avec un mot de passe protégé est inclus pour nos clients.

Situé dans la communauté Casa Mar, vous trouverez de nombreux équipements merveilleux! Il y a deux piscines chauffées, un jeu de palets, des courts de tennis et plusieurs barbecues et un parking couvert. Casa Mar offre à ses clients une plage privée (juste devant votre porte d'entrée), deux pavillons de plage couverts et des chaises de plage et une douche de plage!

Nous réservons traditionnellement sur une base hebdomadaire (du samedi au samedi) ou mensuellement. Les périodes de location en dehors de l'un ou l'autre sont possibles avec des locations de 3 jours considérées dans les 14 jours suivant la réservation. Veuillez nous contacter avec des informations concernant les périodes de location personnalisées.

Nous demandons un acompte de 50% à la réservation de location. Il y a aussi des frais de nettoyage de 100 $. 00 pour tous les séjours et 59 $. 00 exigence de la politique de dommages.

The view of the beach!

The view of the beach was amazing. The condo was very neat and clean. Debra was excellent to communicate with during booking and when we arrived. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to stay. Siesta Key is beautiful!

A few more staples (paper towels, bags, etc) would have been helpful. Need pillows replaced. Also would recommend a small rental booklet to explain operation of lights, A/V, TVs, induction stove, etc.Lovely overall with view and beach access that you can’t beat!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The condo also had beach chairs and an umbrella for use! The view was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The host was super responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The best week

Spring Break trip with family-start to finish- was amazing. Communication with owner was top notch. House had everything we needed and the million dollar view was amazing. Sure wish there was a deck but the condo is awesome nonetheless. Washer/dryer made the stay even better-so easy and right in the unit. Plenty of sand and ocean toys and towels. We will be back!

Great location!

This location at Siesta Key is wonderful and quiet! Overlooking the beach directly was the best part! Only recommendations are to upgrade the seating. Couch and chairs are not very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when questions arised! Highly recommend this rental!!

Super helpful host

We ended up needing to unexpectedly cancel our reservation, but the host was very kind and helpful in finding a solution. Quick, great communication. We have stayed many many times at this beach, it’s beautiful! We hope to stay in this beachfront unit, being just steps to the sand is so nice.

Loved this vacation property!

Deb’s place is wonderful. We enjoyed our time there. Lots of comforts and special features are added to this home. The décor is peaceful and relaxing. The furniture and beds were comfortable. This home was clean and as I told Deb, it’s the first time in our last 10 VRBO rentals where I didn’t have to clean upon arrival—that is a significant plus! The location of the property and communication with the owner is great. The amenities on Siesta Key are plentiful. We ate at several great restaurants. We’ve already booked a return trip.

We had a great stay at Casa Mar.Ms Debra was responsive on any questions or needs I had. Had every pot pan cup plate utensil u need. 2 clean pools. 4 Grills. Super easy access to beach. Just steps away and you’re in the sand. Wouldn’t change a thing about this place.5 stars out of 5 stars. I read review after review picking our vaca spot and this one lived up to the hype. Def Recommend to anyone and everyone

This location is absolutely amazing and they've done such a good job with furnishing it. It even has a memory foam mattress on a platform that raises up and down, as well as le creuset kitchen accessories/pans. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Best View Ever!

We loved staying here. The beach just steps out your door and the sand as soft as baby powder. The bedrooms had plenty of storage, nothing was lacking in the kitchen and the pools were never crowded. There were only two of us so we never used the second bedroom but it was nice to have two bathrooms. The couch was so comfy and we enjoyed sitting in the morning, drinking our coffee with the beautiful view of the beach and waves coming in. No points against but would love to have had a full length mirror on the back of a door and also would have been convenient to have a keypad lock on the door versus keeping up with a key. Would definitely stay here again!

Look no further

There’s truly no better view especially at sunset! On top of the unbeatable view, the condo is perfect for a small family. Deb had everything stocked with kind friendly toys. Beach toys, floaties, books, hot wheels cars, etc. It was extremely clean and exactly like the photos. I hope we get the pleasure to stay here again in the future!!! Thank you, Deb!!

A beautiful place, clean and well stocked with towels, dishes and blankets. Directly on the beach with access to two nice pools. Not within walking distance of shops or restaurants if you don’t want to walk a distance but a public transportation stop at the end of the driveway. DoorDash with lots of options was a great service. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location and wonderful condo

I took my daughter and couple of friends here for spring break and had a wonderful stay. The convenience of being directly on the beach eliminated packing and lugging food and drinks daily. It was so nice being able to have food drinks bathroom plus the condo comes with everything you need for the beach! Plenty of beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs! The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of items to cook. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the beach and short walk up to watch the drum circle Sunday evening. This condo is on the trolley route which we took daily and evening. The best part is the sweet owner - she lives close by and unfortunately we locked ourselves out going to get ice cream once evening and she was there in less than 5 minutes and so kind! We will definitely book this condo again!
