Island House Beach Resort- Siesta Key en Floride, Crescent Beach - Cette grande villa est d'env. 1000 pi2 Il a 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains, grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, véranda lanai, ac / chaleur central, parking couvert, wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité. Longue distance illimitée. L'unité a un lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit et à quelques pas des belles eaux bleues du golfe du Mexique. Ce complexe magnifiquement entretenu comprend 2 cabines de plage, des chaises de plage, une grande piscine chauffée, une salle de jeux, un jeu de palets et une magnifique cour donnant sur la plage où les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Il existe de nombreux magasins, restaurants, pêche, golf, tennis, navigation de plaisance, parachute ascensionnel, galeries dans la région. Wonderful Beach house

This rental was very comfortable and perfect for my family. It was an excellent location to enjoy crescent beach and siesta key. We loved that the house was located close to the pool and the beach and the complex was quiet. The rental was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to keep our bikes in the carport so it was very easy to enjoy many rides. We will definitely return to Island House.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, had a very nice stay. This unit was fairly nicely updated, clean, spacious, and in good shape. The location and proximity to the amazing beach is spectacular, particularly for the price. It's a good value. It's not really a luxury residence/community, but well maintained with good facilities that we enjoyed (nice pool, clubhouse, beach chairs). There were a few supplies that would have been nice to have been provided: shampoo, sugar, and dish soap/sponge, better toilet paper (not single ply). In addition, one of the fans/lights didn't work in a bedroom -- the fan was stuck in the "on" position and light couldn't be turned on, but wasn't a huge deal. A couple other things like that. But overall, all those little things weren't a big deal. They were also able to accommodate a late checkout for us. Thanks for the great stay and would recommend it to others!

The pool was clean, the beaches and property was maintained well, and the condo unit was nicely decorated. Except for some tiny red mites around the sink, it was clean. But the blinds were a little tough to navigate, and we weren't able to get the master closet doors to work right - it looked like the rail on top that allows the rollers to work was bent, so the door kept coming off. The wifi was good, the appliances worked well, and the unit was very comfortable, and easily heated or cooled. Thanks for a great place to stay for a 2020 vacation!
