  • Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Floride, Crescent Beach - Ce grand 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain villa est appox. 1000 sq. Ft. Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, véranda projeté, AC / Heat, parking central couvert. Il ya aussi wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité. L'unité dispose d'un lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux. 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, lecteur blue ray. Ce complexe très bien entretenu dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, et une plage devant la cour pittoresque. La villa est à quelques pas des eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. Les couchers de soleil sont fantastiques. Le complexe dispose d'une grande piscine chauffée ainsi qu'une salle de jeux. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, pêche, parapente, tennis, galeries, la navigation de plaisance dans la région .. Busch Gardens, Disney sont une courte distance en voiture. Faites vos valises et laissez Island House faire de vos vacances un moment plus mémorable !!

Just Okay

The villa unit we stayed in was clean, spacious and convenient. However we did have a few issues that would prevent us from staying in the future. Chairs: While I understand the need to lock the chairs, we were never told a time at which the chairs would be locked/unlocked and it appeared to us that these times were at the discretion of the person performing this job. Several mornings the chairs were locked until 9 a.m. or later. We were also not permitted to take the chairs beyond a certain point but then they would rent canopies and set them up right at the boundary line and obstruct the view and access to the water. WiFi: Terrible! Linens: They claim to supply enough for a weeks stay however, we were there 3 days and used all the clean towels & wash clothes and there were only 4 of us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented in the mid rise condos before so a Villa was new for us. It was well used with appliances a bit rusty looking, sweet ants on the counters, and pillows that were old and flat. The place is decorated nicely but as I said it needs someone to update a few items. The staff at Island House is very nice and easy to speak with about any problems. We will stay again but in the mid rise.

The Villa was super clean, we loved how close it was to the ocean, and my fiancé and i LOVED the master bathroom and big shower in our Villa.Island house is the perfect spot for groups to get together and be close together, but still have your own privacy within each villa. The beach is so close and gorgeous and well kept, and we loved how convenient the beach chairs were.

Small family reunion.

We had a small family reunion and brought Mom over during the days. The beach being right there was wonderful. We were able to rent a beach wheelchair for her to get down to the beach and see the water and sunsets. Location is perfect. Villa was very clean and nice and quiet at night. Really enjoyed our time there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second annual trip to Island House Beach Resort over the holidays. We enjoy the resort’s amenities and great location! The grill area was so clean and organized. We used this twice and it worked great. The pool is heated which is great if you travel in the non summer months. The office was closed the week we were there due to COVID but I was able to knock on the door and still get service. A little tip- place an instacart order before you get there and once you get settled in your groceries will arrive and you’re all set for the week.
