  • Cette unité est située au Island House Beach Resort sur la belle plage Crescent à Siesta Key Floride. Il est d'environ 1000 pieds carrés. L'unité est de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une très courte distance de la plage. L'unité dispose d'un grand salon, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un coin repas, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge, d'un sac à dos et d'une table à manger pour les nourrissons. La villa dispose de carrelage partout, un lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux et 2 lits gigognes. 3 téléviseurs, DVD, Wi gratuit - Fi dans l'unité.! Ce complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, et de la plage pittoresque cour avant avec table, chaises de palets. Le complexe dispose également d'une grande piscine, ainsi qu'une salle de jeux avec billard, ping-pong, air hockey. Leur sont nombreux magasins, restaurants, tennis, la navigation de plaisance à proximité. Busch Gardens et Adventure Island sont à 1 heure de route et Disney, Epcot, Universal sont 21/2 heures. Love villa 1!

After tons of research we decided to go with the island house due to the location and the resort looked beautiful. Villa 1 stood out to us for the 4 twin beds for our 4 kids, and also the washer/dryer in the unit and it was very spacious. We absolutely loved the unit and booked our next summer vacation before we left. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The negatives were the couch was old and very dirty but we just laid towels down and was fine. Unit had a high chair, tons of beach toys and the unit was super close to the beach. Great location. Highly recommend the resort and villa 1.

Quality time with my peeps

This is the 3rd time, we have stayed @Island Beach House Villas and will definately return. My sis from Cali and her daughter try to have a Florida get away each year since my dtr lives in in Sarasota. Villa 1 definately our favorite along with Island Beach House. The staff there are wonderful. Thanks Scott and team.

We love the openness of the space, the huge shower and the super comfortable bed! It’s conveniently located close to the beach. In less than a minute you can be running/walking and soaking up the sun. The washer/dryer is a nice extra amenity to have 🤙🏾 A very cute, clean and perfect place to enjoy Siesta Key!

wonderful location

easy to rent and all amenities there - except the basic stuff (!) which seemed needlessly annoying. Why no dish soap? Why no cloths to clean up spills? Why no cleanser? Why no plug for the bathtub?!?!? Why no plug for the sink in the master bathroom? Little comforts missing made an otherwise perfect location.... kind of... annoying at times.

The perfect family beach house!

Everyone knows that Siesta is Florida's best beach. We know that the Island House is the best vacation spot on Siesta Beach. Our villa was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the gas grills, beach chairs and the pool every day and when family came to visit we appreciated the easy availability of canopy and cabana rentals. We will definitely return to the Island House!
