  • Cette unité Gulf Front a carrelage beige dans les espaces communs et tapis beige dans les chambres. La palette de couleurs est neutre et accentuée avec des accents tropicaux, y compris la literie lumineuse et gaie dans les deux chambres. La cuisine et les deux salles de bains ont été rénovées en 2012. De nouveaux meubles de salon et de patio ont également été ajoutés en 2012. Profitez de la télévision et des lecteurs DVD dans le salon, la chambre principale et la chambre d'amis, ainsi que d'un magnétoscope dans le salon. Cette unité accueille 5 personnes avec une literie de taille King, Double et Twin et un coin repas pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and very well taken care of. The location of The House of The Sun is perfect because you can walk to many destinations and close to grocery stores. We will defiantly stay with them again!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the condo, onsite pickleball court, beach side seating and umbrellas, and the convenient location. Restaurants, shops and groceries within walking distance. Everything at HOS was perfect. One thing to consider, we stayed during the peak of Spring Break, the week before Easter, and there were a LOT of high school aged kids partying into the early morning. HOS’s security did a good job to make sure it didn’t bother guests on site. Lots of spring breakers gathered out on the beach late at night and the police made several appearances there. Just be aware if traveling during spring break to expect typical spring break activity. Even still, we had a fantastic week and highly recommend HOS.

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The entire property is perfectly maintained and the staff are extremely responsive to any requests. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Our January weather was sunny and averaged 70 degrees.

Fun Times At Siesta Key

Unfortunately the ice maker and water dispenser weren't working upon our arrival and it took until Friday to get it repaired, which was inconvenient. Also we were very unfortunate to be there during red tide which made it impossible to spend time at the beach. No fault of HOS, just bad luck for us.

Love the House of 🌞, beach 🏖 and location

The rental this time was located on the left side facing the beach. I usually stay on the side where I can watch the sunset. You can always watch the sunset from the top of the building or on the beach. There is construction going on next to the rental but that wasn’t really a deal breaker. But overall we loved the rental. Beautiful and clean.
