« Solid 4.5 stars due to location and the inside being exactly as described so rounded up. The location was great for a quick walk to the beach, and my family loved snorkeling at Point of Rocks. Since there was no parking at this beach access, the beach didn't get too crowded. Inside the apartment, everything was as described. A couple of minor fixes would be nice (hooks in the bathroom were loose and the closet door sticks) but overall, it was great. The only two bigger negatives were the shower...

« The limited public beach area was a little disappointing, but found some and the private beach properties were not too aggressive. There is no cable. There were smart TVs (2 of 3). Bring your Roko sticks, Hulu codes, Netflix.......You cannot access local channels. Missed the NBA Championship and bombing of Iran »

« Took granddaughters down for celebration of graduation. The place was great. It does say beach about 1 minute away. Which was correct but most of the beach was “private”. And had a small area to sit. It was nice they had beach towels and lawn chairs to use since we flew to Florida and couldn’t pack that stuff. I would recommend it! »

« We had an overall amazing stay! Our only complaint was that the airflow in the master bathroom and bedroom was not great. However, the living room and other bedroom had great AC. Aside from that, you cannot beat the location of this place. We loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was stocked with plenty of towels and beach chairs. We would love to return to this location! »

« Check in was a breeze, the owner helped us get in earlier than the 4pm check in tike, which was super helpful. The beach access is up the street and around the corner, not a bad walk we did it with 2 kids. The outside shower is wonderful to rinse the sand and salt away. We gor aome rain and the screened in porch area has a roof leak so male sure you aremt keeping anything in there because florida does get lots of rain. Wasnt an issue for us just an fyi for others. « Stayed 2 nights in the Solitude Suite at Siesta Key with my son after spending several days in Sarasota. Suite was ready early. Lisa was responsive and communicated right away via text. Suite is well equipped with kitchennette and updated bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh. My son and I enjoyed the heated pool on-site. It is right across the street from beach access.
