First level unit with only a few steps to access it. Right next to recreation center and hot tub. « This condo is definitely cozy. It is a great downstairs, end unit, and is close to everything in Mammoth. The host was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. There are instructions on what to plug in and not unplug, but as long as you follow the instructions everything works great. The refrigerator is 2 mini fridges but luckily we didn’t need a lot of fridge space as we ate out most of the time. The jacuzzi/pool area is easy to access and nice and clean. We had a great stay! »

« we booked this room as we needed an overnight stay during a road trip. the room was nice and the location worked out great for the trip. the toilet bowl a noticeable smell. and there was no hot water. since we arrived pretty late we were hoping we can shower in the morning and leave but the water was freezing. we could barely wash our faces. there were no instructions as to how to turn the water heater on (assuming there was one) and we were in a rush so we couldn't wait for an answer. »
