Hôtel charmant dans le style colonial. Joliment décoré. Belle piscine très agréable entourée de végétation. Service aux petits soins. La cuisine du restaurant est excellente et le cadre, en bordure de piscine, très agréable. Situé à l'écart de l'agitation de la ville.

Les proprietaires sont très sympa, l'hôtel est superbe mais viellissant. Il y a pas mal de traveaux à faire et notamment la piscine. Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

TRES JOLI SEJOUR POUR VISITER LES TEMPS ANGKOR
Un peu excentré du centre ville mais c'est ce que nous voulions donc top. Accueil et service parfait, chambre nickel, petite piscine mais très agréable. Un très bon rapport Q/P.

Séjour agréable
3 nuits , une bonne literie, propre, très calme, c un luxe au Cambodge comme au Vietnam! Repas bonne qualité, avec du goût. Petit dej il manque vraiment du riz fri Ou nouilles mais il y a des œufs , croissants, pains, fruits . Piscine propre . Staff a l’écoute, gentil ,acceuillant. Par contre rupture stock biere en can (plus cheères en bouteilles et glaces !!!

Excellent hôtel, très confortable.
Séjour de 5 nuits aux abords des temples d'Angkor. Nous avons apprécié le calme , la propreté et la fraicheur de cet hôtel à l'aspect colonial ou il était bon de se retrouver après des journées de visites fatigantes sous la chaleur. Le personnel est très agréable et très à l'écoute des clients.

Hôtel reposant après une journée de visite
Nous avons l'habitude de venir dans cet hôtel lorsque nous sommes au Cambodge. Il est calme, avec une décoration exotique. Le personnel est très disponible et la piscine agréable. Nous n'avons jamais été déçu.

Hôtel très agréable et proche des sites d'Angkor
Accueil excellent, chambre pour trois adultes très spacieuse, propre et bien équipée avec deux salles d'eau, une literie très confortable. Endroit très calme en dehors de l'agitation du centre de Siem Reap qu'il est facile de rejoindre en Tuk tuk pour 2 dollars. La réception est de bons conseils pour l'organisation de vos visites. Les petits déjeuners servis à table sont agréables et la restauration est excellente. Cet hôtel est équipé d'une piscine au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante, pour se détendre à l'issue des visites. Aucun point négatif.

Un charme incomparable
Une très belle chambre partagée avec nos enfants de 7 et 9 ans. La localisation entre le centre de Siem Reap et les temples est un atout. Nous pouvions rentrer vers 13h pour profiter de la piscine et repartir vers 15h pour finir les visites. Le top de notre séjour au Cambodge. J'y retournerai avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Simple, discret loin de l'animation du centre ville une piscine plaisante et un personnel souriant. Très bonne cuisine sur place c'est notre deuxième passage, nous reviendons.

Hotel tres tres bien un acceuil incroyablement gentil et on s'y sent tres bien. La psicine tres agreable, c'est tres calme, le petit dej est bon ( hum les yaourts maison!) et l'on y mange bien ( les prix sont honnetes) et donc je recommande cet hotel a tous ceux qui aiment la tranquilite ( un peu excentre, mais tant mieux vu le brouhaha de centre) et aussi un acceuil chaleureux .

Amazing staff at this property. The service was very good. They were very friendly, helpful and looked after us. The hotel itself was a bit dated however. We did have a Huge room which was very nice for the 4 of us.

Pavillon Indochine was a pleasant surprise! The staff were fantastic. The hotel tours to the Angkor Wat area were informative and great value for money. We also met Adrian the owner of Pavillon Indochine, who was amazing and the resturant’s, art gallery’s and tours he recommended us to do made our trip to Siem Reap unforgettable! We will be back!

Excellent place to stay in Siem Reap
The people who work at this hotel is the best part of it and made our visit to Siem Reap richer and more enjoyable. I want to say thank you to these people and I wish I could remember everyone by name (I should have written them down!). Unfortunately after 3 weeks of travel through Asia I can't remember them. I do remember Noi, her almost perfect English and very professional, yet warm manner of interacting with us. Everything at Indochine ran like clockwork and every request was fulfilled - transportation, breakfast box at 4 am for sunrise tour, small fixes in our room, and much more. Our room was simple but comfortable, it had the best shower ever. We loved having the pool when we came for our afternoon breaks from the sightseeing. Good breakfast with fruit and eggs made to order. We also ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant multiple times - the food was very good and always fresh. We didn't get the time to indulge in the massage... next time! Also, the hotel is much closer to the Angkor Wat temple than staying in the city. That's great if you plan to visit the temples on multiple days like we did. But out trips into the city were also convenient. Thank you again Indochine!!

Great value at a great location near Angkor Wat
It was very well located and not near other hotels which I kind of prefer. The staff is friendly and helped arrange transportation to and from airport, plus a local Tuk tuk for a full day at the temples. The pool is nice and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is acceptable and we would recommend to others.

I stayed from 27/12/2018 to 31/12/2018. I am satisfied with the state of the hotel at all. Especially cost performance is good. I did not expect the service so far at this price. it's the best.

This hotel is wonderful! A true oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. The hotel does a great job of guiding you for the best way to explore the temples. It’s much better to get drivers through the hotel and have them arrange it. Adrien and Nicky and their staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome. This hotel made our Siem Teap experience that much better I can not recommend it enough!!!

I absolutely loved it. It was brillisnt. It had charm, personailty and was so much more than I ever expected. The decor is famtastic. It was so good. I will come back and stay here again and again. It was such good value. And because the hotel is run by British expats they have a feel for what the westerner wants and needs, and they supply it. Most hotels gear up for the Chinese, but this one is old school and my style. On top of that, it is clean, and the staff are bright and helpful. I totally loved it.
