« This is a great hotel to stay at right after arriving in Surabaya. The shuttle service from the airport was an absolute blessing to us as we were tired from over 30 hours of air travel. The rooms we had were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar was delicious and full of a variety of fruits, pastries and local cuisine. We highly recommend Swiss-Belinn to anyone and we hope to be back. »

« Convenient airport hotel for a flight in early morning. The facility is a bit old and despite proper cleaning it shows. Impossible to stop all lights and keep the aircon… For the price it was ok. Useful and convenient. »

Good general cleanliness, however the bath/shower area has not been cleaned well over a period.
The room was compact.
Hotel had nearby IndoMart and eating places.
