The phone number wasn’t working so We couldn’t reach them, the ferry was full and We where not able to go. We tried to reach Best Western and they would not help us because we booked with Expedia and couldn’t reach Expedia by phone. Very disapointed, no service, we lost our money.

Ça valait l'attente!
Nous sommes arrivés trop tôt, la chambre n'était pas encore prête. Gentiment, la jeune dame à l'accueil nous a offert de mettre les bagages en consigne sans frais. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés quelques heures plus tard, on nous a demandé d'attendre encore une quinzaine de minutes. Nous avons profité pour faire notre enregistrement auprès de notre compagnie aérienne à partir de l'ordinateur de l'hôtel. Puis, la belle surprise fut de voir la chambre offerte. Ça valait l'attente. Une très grande chambre avec salon. Même si le lieu est très près de l'autoroute, nous n'avons été aucunement dérangé par le bruit. De plus, cet hôtel n'est qu'à 10 minutes de marche du bord de l'eau. Très bien situé ! Alors, merci, nous recommandons et nous y retournerons !

This property was right on the Main Street, making it close to groceries and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff were also helpful and very friendly.

Staff are super friendly. They just opened a breakfast room (comes with continental breakfast). Room is very clean but the bed is too soft for my liking. Will stay there again.

They lock the entry doors at 5:00. I was left outside in a dark parking area trying to get someone to unlock the doors so I could check in. I have never been to a hotel that locks their entry doors that early so there must be a security issue in their area. I felt very unsafe.

We have policies and procedures for our staff that when they work alone, which happens after 5 PM, they can lock the front entrance doors so that they may assist other guests and not leave public areas exposed without supervision. This provides an extra layer of security as a re-assurance to our guests. Wonderful hotel and staff. Location was as good as it gets, loads of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Staff were great and the room was large quiet and clean. Would recommend to anyone staying in Sidney.
