« We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

He was very helpful and responsive the entire time, and yet respected our privacy. « We were a group of six 30+ women who stayed together for several days to enjoy eachother's company and have a nice place by the water to relax and from which to do day trips. The place itself was absolutely beautiful and had so much character. It was huge and it was so nice to have a lot of space. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was very clean. We loved the solarium and saw a pod of 7 orcas thanks to the conveniently placed binoculars! We also used the karaoke room, so fun though...
