Très bon café emplacement pour visiter la ville. Malheureusement, il manque toujours une bonne cafetière pour se faire un café à la chambre (ex.: Machine Nespresso).

Suite bien équipée mais curieusement le lit d'appoint bien spécifié lors de la réservation n'était pas installé, ce qui a été réparé rapidement. Bon petit déjeuner, service d'accueil et de check out rapide. Idéalement situé à côté du centre historique.

Point négatif qui devrait être mentionné dans la fiche de l'hotel : l'accès au spa et au fitness ne se fait qu'à partir de 12:00 et coûte 10 Lei.J'avais choisi cet hotel uniquement pour cette raison et je n'ai pas pu m'en servir.

Stepping into the 1980 with dated decorations and basic setups. It was a warm day at the hotel but they didn’t turn on ac as it was “not the season”. 4 stars… hmmm closer to 2.5 stars

We apologize for any inconveniences caused.As it is very difficult for us to change the appearance of the building, we place the greatest emphasis on the quality of service provided by our team.Our hotel does not have air conditioning but a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. We are aware of this unpleasant situation and are looking for technical solutions for the existing equipment.The classification of accommodation units in Romania is based on rigorous criteria established by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism and the classification certificates are obtained after controls by the competent authorities. We respect your opinion comparing us with other hotels you have visited, however we are certainly fair and transparent to our guests.

Superb location, dependable and well appointed
I stayed a night in a superior room here and enjoyed the superb location (at the crossroads between the Old town and modern part), the cleanliness, well-appointed room, very good breakfast and friendly staff. In particular the room had a tea and coffee machine, stocked minibar, free bottled water, a fluffy bed, and shower with movable handle. Individual toiletries, including brush kit and shave kit (!) as well as bathrobes and slippers were provided. Breakfast (7-10 on weekdays) was complex with sandwich ingredients, hot options (eggs, scramble, sausages, potatoes), tea, coffee, juices, sweets, pastries, muesli. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall another greatly placed and dependable Continental hotel. I will return
