There was an additional $150 deposits upon check in that wasn’t known before hand and the clerk acted as if he’d rather be anywhere but there. The room looked nice though and clean besides the microwave having burns inside of it. The shower had very low pressure and no hot water the room also didn’t provide any little soaps

The room was disgusting the bed cover had black ash stains and food debris all over it hole in the bathroom door hole ls in the bed sheets someones sock on the floor when entering there were roaches someones kids food in the fridge coffee pot had no pot to it booking stated service animals were exempt from fees upon check in they told me it didnt matter service animal or not i had to pay pet fees to check in or i wouldnt get a room or a refund they have a sign upfront stating if you dont like your stay you can leave with no refund we were forced to stay 3 nights instead of leaving upon check in due to a no refund option

The worst place i have stayed at
We were staying due to being displaced over a natural disaster and we couldnt go without ac because we have a 6yr old and a 5month old. When we got there they didnt have the room we reserved so we had to take a small single bed room which was horrible. They still charged us for the bigger room we booked instead of adjusting our price. We couldnt even get clean towels or trash bags i had to go buy cleaning products of my own. The last night we were there the ac wasnt working and they didnt even bother to come look at it or even give us a fan. The whole point if us renting a room was so we wouldnt have our babies in the heat but yet they still were and we were out 244 dollars

Decent accomodations
My stay was decent for the price. The bed was comfortable. The tv had fewer channels I remember from a weekend stay last fall. The water temp for shower was less than desired. Overall it was a fair value for the payment. This property is very close to the airport. I suspect the shower head could be removed and cleaned of sediment to improve pressure.

This hotel was a last minute booking due to another property cancelling our reservation, because they overbooked. It was very late when we checked in around 11:30pm. The night clerk was friendly enough, the property however was terrible. There was a group of teenagers/young adults in the parking lot smoking/dunking listening to loud music. The room was in serious need of a remodel/cleaning. There were no blankets, and the little cover thing on the bed had burn holes all over them. The smell in the room was terrible, mix of cigarettes/weed/mildew. The best part was all the burn mark on the side of the tub and the floor next to the sink that felt like we were going to fall through. Needless to say I did not sleep at all, and left as soon as my husband woke up. Would not stay again I would rather sleep in my car next time!!

The first room my bed was hard so I had to ask for another room. It was a smoke free room but when I entered it smelled like weed. And the air didn’t work too well.
