Guests will have access to entire top unit of the property & right side of the driveway. The garage is reserved for the residents in the bottom unit, please do not park there.

Close to Line Ave, Betty Virginia park, Norton Art Gallery, Rhino Coffee, Starbucks, Counter Culture & Line Ave Pie/Brew. Super safe & very friendly neighbors showcasing the best Shreveport has to offer. Easy access to downtown, I-20, I-49, Barksdale Air Force Base & Oschner Hospital.

Getting Around:
The area is very walkable & there are Uber/Lyft drivers if you need one.

There is a very nice couple that live downstairs. They mostly keep to themselves & are very respectful/quiet.
