This Hilltop Hideaway home is located in Show Low, conveniently nestled in a quiet cul de sac. The cul de sac allows for ample parking, so bring all your off road vehicles, snowmobiles, quads and of course your friends and family.

The 20 foot ceilings and tall windows in the great room provide beautiful natural light with a comfy space to relax on the large sectional or eat family meals in the breakfast nook. This home provides two wood burning fireplaces to keep you warm and cozy perfect for sitting around with the family. in the game room play a friendly game of pool or a game of darts while you look out the window to the whistling pines. The game room also provides a 50 in TV, perfect for Football Sunday.

The first floor offers a Jr Master Suite (King Bed) along with it's own bathroom. This bathroom has a full stand up shower and large walk in closet. This room also provides a 50 inch TV.

The den, with a fireplace is also located on the first floor provides a queen sleeper sofa. The first floor also has a 3/4 bathroom with a stand up shower.

This kitchen provides for all your cooking needs; a coffee pot, toaster, spice rack, pots and pans, utensils, silverware, dinnerware, crock pot and bakeware for your convenience.

A washer and dryer is also provided.

On the 2nd floor you will find the spacious Master bedroom with a full bathroom. Enjoy a bubble bath while looking out to the beautiful forest. This room has a small sitting area and it also provides a 50 inch TV.

The bunk bed room is also located on the 2nd floor. The bunk bed has a twin on top, King on bottom and a twin pull out trundle. This room also has a 50 in smart TV so you can log into your netflix, hulu, Disney + ...etc.

The Back yard oasis is truly a relaxing enviroment. The grill is a propane two burner grill (Tanks are provided) With a large dining table and a bench there is plenty of seating for the entire family. The fire pit is perfect for making s'mores on those chilly nights, and the kids will love the A frame playhouse and swings for endless fun.

Lounge out front while enjoying a glass of wine or hot tea taking in the scenic view from the large front Deck.

Fourth of July get away

We stayed here to get out of the heat for a few days and the property was perfect. So much space for outside and inside activities. Very clean, very spacious and had ALOT of things we might need, which I appreciated! Wonderful outdoor area and rooms were better than the pictures!

Cute house!

We vacation to Show Low every year for Memorial Day. House was super cute. Loved the double master! Pool table was wobbly but the dart board worked and was so fun. Was able to play corn hole in back yard. Driveway is very steep so if you have a car you might just want to park down in the culdesac. My Kia Sorento SUV was fine going up and down it. Great communication with owners/contact. Would rent again!

One of the last Superbowl’s with my dad

We drove 11 hours with a 10,7,2 year old to spend time with my parents who are not in good health to watch the Superbowl and visit. We had a great time. The house was perfect and made are time together very special. Katherine the owner was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything we could have hoped for

Visited Show Low for a family gathering and the property served our purposes perfectly. Beautiful home, solid location, and great communication with owner when needed. The driveway is a little steep but there is ample parking otherwise.

Spacious House

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty to do on the property. The backyard is great if you have children that love to stay busy outside. The property is very close to Walmart, Showlow Lake and Fool Hallow Lake. The house is spacious with plenty of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms and a gameroom for adults. We enjoyed a nice relaxing week at this property and plan on returning in the near future.

Nice Stay at Evergreen Estates

Had a very nice time staying at Evergreen Estates. The property was just as described with comfortable seating in the family room and a nice kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the front and back yards to enjoy the scenic view and pine trees that lined the property.

Exceptional Home Away from Home

This property is ideal for families or friends that want to travel together & may like to also have their own space. The two master suites make it ideal. It also has huge common areas to facilitate entertaining. The house is equipped with all the supplies & amenities you would need; You can literally just bring your personal items. Two outdoor living spaces with spectacular views make this place a must if you are traveling in the area. I would recommend this property to anyone and definitely will plan to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!!!

Our family loved staying at this property! The extra touches they put into the home made the house that much better! Great place to stay for kids and close to town and lakes. The backyard was great with swings and a playhouse for our kids while we enjoyed the fire pit. The owners were so responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!
