« How's it sound? The property being pet-friendly, along with the low $50 incidental deposit, was a plus and made traveling with our large dogs easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard—we encountered an unpleasant odor in the room and found leftover items such as lids from old containers, hairs on the bed, etc. from previous guests, which is unacceptable....

« No cart for luggage had to carry luggage to room asked for another pillow because pillows were flat and wore out lady at desk said they did not have extras but she would check and see if she could find one and she would let us know room wasnt the cleanest air conditioner did not work properly all it wasnt at all like it was advertised . Very outdated, ceiling piece were falling on the blankets. Would never stay again. »

« Many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. Also a liquor store with good prices. As for the room itself, the sheets could've been cleaner. There were what looked to be cigarette burns, albeit small ones. The rest of the room was clean, including the bathroom. I'm satisfied. »

« Yes, A/C was effective. Shopping closeby (walking distance) but did not have time...only an overnight stay. Everything was great except that the office doesn't open until 9 AM (needed to be on the road by 8AM) and no one answered the phone to help you. But, main problem with that was the key card was already deactivated before 8AM, which made it impossible to re-enter, unless someone let you in, so you can slide the keycard under the door of the room you stayed in. No instructions on how/where...

« The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom. »

« I dont understand why this hotel has such a bad evaluation note. It is clean, confortable and with a very kind staff. It is not a 5 stars hotel at the beach, but it gives wht it promisses. »

« This was the best VRBO stay ever. The house was spotless. It was spacious for our family. I loved the games provided for our family to enjoy. »

« No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. »

« Multiple rooms, lots of game choices, most of all the pool for the kids! Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available! »

« When you go for breakfast the buffet is very poor quality. You feel like to disturb the waiter. Everything is slow. 20min to get 2eggs...Rooms are OK but the "restaurant", forget it. »
