« I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. « Very clean and located in a nice area! Pool was closed. Wish there were an indoor pool, but it’s ok! One staff member was sweet, the other wasn’t attentive, hung up on me when I had a concern. Still overall loved the hotel! »

« Overall, we found the stay enjoyable and appreciated the amenities. However, we did encounter an issue upon arrival - the toilet in our room was already plugged. The front desk attempted to plunge it for us, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. Later, another staff member assured us that maintenance would be in by 8am the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite this, no one came to fix it, and the situation remained unchanged. « When you go for breakfast the buffet is very poor quality. You feel like to disturb the waiter. Everything is slow. 20min to get 2eggs...Rooms are OK but the "restaurant", forget it. »
