Good hotel for Shirdhi. But there are better places to stay. Rooms are clean the staff in front office need training but they are devoted. Food was good and staff were helpful but restaurant is a bit small. Pool was hopeless. Billiards table n sports facilities are nothing to comment. If you want to visit temple then sleep n eat then this is sufficient.

I'm extremely happy to stay here for 3 nights. Pros 1. The place is neat and clean 2. Staff are extremely responsible and friendly. 3. Free transit to and fro to Samsthan. 4. Restraunt and Food serving area are near and hygenic. And good quality is great. 5. Reasonable pricing. 6. Sound proof rooms help us not to get disturbed when there is a wedding or function takes place in the property. Cons 1. The rooms could use some natural air ventation. And bathrooms need an exhaust fan. 2. The transit vans that help us go to samsthan need an upgrade as they are more of a service auto with covered top. Despite of the downsides, i extremely loved this place and would definitely stay here when in in shiridi next time.

Property was not renovated as advertised. Furniture mattress very old. Linens and towels low quality. Not even white color.

Great service. Overall the attitude of staff is amazing, they make you feel special. Food is really nice. But the infrastructure is falling apart. The bathroom door got stuck twice with a member inside and we were told it often happens. The room bell wasn’t working and then main door of the room got locked. The drop shuttle is in bad condition.

I like this property, Location is good and quiet place, They provide transportation to Shirdi temple. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available with room service. I will recommend this to stay during Shirdi visit.

We stayed for a night in Shirdi at Temple tree. We waited nearly 1.5 hours for check in, the process wasnt mentioned in the email, we missed some documents. The internet was not working for us to retrieve the documents (online). However they accomodated with a condtion that we procude the document via wattsapp. Once checked in we noticed issues with amenities i.e. broken toilet faucets, no towels, cable tv not working etc. They were apparently really busy so could have missed proper room prep. The hotel is a bit far from the temple and their transportation is rather under par, they have specific drop off points and dont accomodate additional requests. Most of the time, returning to back to the hotel was a private transportaion. Back to internet, we did not have internet almost all the time we were there. Connecting to the internet was very convoluted as well. Every device needs a user/password, and every time the internet drops you would need a new one. We stopped trying after some time. Very dissappointed with their internet service. Dining was included in our package, it was rather limited but was tasty. I would give this hotel self proclaimed 4 star a 2.5 star, maybe 3 star as a stretch. Two positives - cleanliness, and service. The dining staff needs a good praise here, they were very pleseant and accomodated our requests. As for us coming back, the negatives out weigh the postivites to find alternatives for our next Shirdi trip.
