« This was by far my best hotel experience ever in my 42 years of life. The staff are the manifestation of true Japanese hospitality and attention to detail in each of their gestures. The room was beautiful, the tatami very comfortable and the onsen experience unique. I recommend having breakfast and dinner every day of your stay as the food quality and service surpasses anything available in town. Will be going back for sure. »

« Our entire stay was wonderful! I stayed with two of my children while house hunting. It was very clean, very very nicely decorated, and I just really enjoyed everything. « Staff were incredibly attentive and nice. Even with the language barrier they went above and beyond using Google Translate to explain the courses of our dinners and breakfasts, as well as information about the town. The hotel was slightly out of town (15mins walk) but they have a shuttle that was basically on demand. We wanted to go into town for the night and they dropped and picked us up at our desired time.
